CVS

I have always had excellent service at the pharmacy and in the store. The pharmacists and technicians are helpful and accommodating. Although they are busy, I find them very customer centered. They have always taken time to answer questions and resolve issues with prescriptions. Thank you!!

Got in and out good service went to get prescription !!!

Today at CVS Pharmacy in Monroe, CT, the employee handling my prescription realized how expensive the prescription was going to be through my insurance, and subsequently offered to check other available options. By using a prescription discount coupon the employee saved me $56.00. They were very busy in the pharmacy, yet the employee still cared and took the time for personal service.

I live closer to Walgreens so I haven't spent to much time in the store BUT your pharmacy hours are amazing and very convenient for my family and my job. I had to send my prescription from Walgreens to CVS because Wagreens pharmacy was closed the entire day due to employee shortage. Since CVS pharmacy is always open I'm will forever get my medication here just for that reason. Thank you guys

Absolutely love this CVS! I just wish their prices were a bit lower! That's why I only gave it 4 stars. Staff is always friendly and willingness to help. If they dont know the answer they will double check with anothwr staff member.

This CVS moved out of the shopping center to just around the corner and and is very nice. Like the layout. A couple issues with slowness of prescription filling, but otherwise good service.

Very busy. While they were nice, they needed more people working.

Cashier was rude and yelled at me that this location doesn't take wellcare benefits for otc care. Yes you do!!! There's blue tags on certain products and this location came up in a search. He rolled his eyes and snapped at me to move out of the way so he can take care of the other people in line. Then demanded me to leave the merchandise and back up so ups can get through. I was treated like a criminal and looked down on as a low life for no reason. This shouldn't have happened. I walked out without any if the medication I'm in need of and was very upset.
