Sotak Insurance Agency

Sotak Insurance Agency was recommended to me by a former coworker, and I have had the BEST experiences with them over the last couple of years. We have our homeowners and two auto insurance policies here. The bundle prices are great, and the service is fantastic. We experienced a sewer issue (and we're first time home owners, so it was very scary!!), and it was handled promptly and professionally by Sotak and Erie Insurance. Several of my family members have switched to Sotak because of their great prices and service. I cannot recommend Sotak enough!!

I got Erie for my first car in my name - because my parents have had them for 10+ years - and have been more than pleased at the level of service they provide and how quick they are to respond to any needs you may have. If you do have a loss, they're prompt and have everything taken care of quickly. I just added a homeowner's policy in less than 10 minutes over the phone and will be using them for any other needs I have in the future.

I've been with the Sotak insurance agency pretty much since I've had a drivers license. Ryan, Chris, and the entire staff are always helpful, Ryan even made it a personal mission to make sure the insurance coverage I have is sufficient for home, auto, and personal property. If you are looking for a new agent, CALL THEM!!!
