I wanted to write a quick review for "my car insurance person", Beth.

I never thought I'd be particularly fond of a car insurance agent, but here we are. Beth is absolutely incredible, and has helped me personally through a myriad of car and renters insurance issue over the years, ranging from embarrassing to mildly humorus to personally devastating. Every time I call her with a concern or emergency, I'm met with her calm, friendly demeanor that would put anyone in a car/renters insurance "situation" at ease immediately.

She has given me fantastic guidance every single time I call in, and I feel genuinely cared for as a human, not as someone that's just a dollar sign for the presumed hotshot CEOs at Erie Insurance.

I haven't mentioned the insanely low rates for top-notch coverage, nor have I mentioned how beneficial vanishing deductibles are, because when I think of Erie Insurance, I think of the wonderful people at Shilling Financial and their care, respect and professionalism for an almost 30 something, still trying to figure the "#$%&, you're an actual adult now" stuff out. The highest kudos to Beth and the Shilling team, I will be a customer for a very long time (hopefully not to the chagrin of the team!)

Mike has been a terrific agent for us. Anytime I call and need information Mike & Dennis have been terrific. A+++
