I cannot say enough about Karen's coaching program and her amazing team of Real estate coaches, mindset coaches, and marketing/ design team. Thanks to them, I have been able to put some building blocks in place, and learn how to manage my time, and have watched my business grow substantially! I was primarily working with buyers and didn't know where my next business was going to come from. I knew something had to chance in my RE business when 2-3 of my deals did not close at the end of 2021. I was praying for success in my business! So every time I was watching my motivational daily videos on YouTube Coach Karren Coffee add kept popping up and I would skip her adds. This went on for some time, until one day I finally watched her video rather than skipping it. I felt like God wanted me to watch it. Once I watched the video in its entirety my take away from the Video was that I needed to change my business and become very successful if I wanted to do Real Estate full time.

So I took the leep of faith and signed up. I really did not know what to expect. Each week I kept on getting overwhelmed and wanting to quite but the coaches won’t let me.. finally I got the big picture and understood the 🧩 and it became smooth sailing from that point on. I still have some tweaks to make, but now I am now conducting a smart well oiled machine where the sky is the limit!

During the Coaching Program I was given the blue print on how to set up my successful real estate business. Not for someone else as I have set up businesses prior, but this blue print was for ME.

Karen Coffee teaches you so much about yourself within the training! Often timesI felt like I was in a movie when I look back from where I started.

I had decided to rebrand myself and work on my marking pieces! So when I got my new photo from the photographer I felt like a Million Bucks. And then when my website was up and running I wanted to cry…😭 TEARS OF JOY.

I am so eternally grateful! This program is like oil machine. They think of everything on how to get you to the next step. Coach Janet, Jennel, Sparkle and Karen took time out of their day to tell on the students on our weekly and individual calls to keep your foot on the pedal and it will all come together. I felt a light bulb finally went off in my head and I am now working confidently working on my business.

I was at a low point in my business and life when I came across this program and can't thank Karen and her team enough for taking me under their wing. In 6 months of working program I have gained so much momentum in my business and the money is rolling in!

I have learned new techniques that are easy to use to enable me to get more listings, and how to do many things, like creating videos, to share with my database to stay in touch and hopefully get listings and buyings from the database. I did a video while visiting a lake in my area and I got a call to show property there! It works! I also have had more listings this year then ever before, by incorporating the techniques I've learned, including a top notch listing package to help win the listing!

I cannot say how much I am getting out of this program! I am following the program and I am just seeing my business grow leaps and bounds. I have raised over $600 in the past 24 hours for my CAP party and I still have yet to meet with the lender. (We have an appointment next week!)
