The Knead Café

We met some friends at the Knead Cafe for Saturday brunch. They were quite busy, but our friends arrived early and got us a table. The food was excellent and the service fantastic. I liked that the cafe was smaller, a bit cozy, and certainly the service was warm and friendly - made me feel like I was a "regular" even tho it was our first time there. Large portions, too. You don't leave hungry!

The Knead Cafe lives up to the hype and if you don't mind waiting to get a table, you'll be highly satisfied. It's a small place yes, but it's got a rustic and quaint feel to it. The staff was upbeat, energetic and really appeared to be flowing as a team.

The food was great, and we were there before 10am and we were able to order from the breakfast and lunch menu. I think the lesson is, you can't and won't go wrong.

The portions are not only large and intense, but they do a great job of letting flavors fly and compliment each other. The Sante Fe Hash, the Veggie Breakfast Burrito and Black bean quinoa falafel wrap were all loved. With specialty toast, brilliant soup and a fresh fruit bowl, we couldn't have had happier taste buds and tummies. Highly recommend if you have a chance. Enjoy!

*I do see reviews about its location and agreed it's not the most obvious, but it's far from hidden. Keep your eyes peeled or follow your GPS and I promise you'll get there just fine.

The Knead Cafe provided outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. The staff was very attentive, polite, and provided amazing service. I ordered the golden latte with oat milk and it was incredible. The baja’melette was also super good with a side of the fresh fruit. My friend ordered the breakfast burrito and claimed it was the best breakfast burrito he’s ever had.
The owner Mike was also super friendly and provided great conversation.
If you’re in the Kalispell area and are looking for fresh organic food with an incredible service staff and atmosphere, this is the place to go. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Gosh this place is so good! We stopped in for breakfast after reading some reviews, and they weren’t wrong. The owners and staff were so friendly and the food was OUT OF BOUNDS! One of the best small places I’ve ever eaten!

I've been in the military for 18 years and traveled around the world. Everything I ordered was amazing but the breakfast burrito was the best Ive ever had! Mike and his staff made me feel at home , food came fast, the restaurant was clean, the music was amazing!!

We loved that you can order breakfast until they close at 3 pm.

The coffee was great and they had oatmilk.

I enjoyed the breakfast burrito (veganized). My spouse had the huevos rancheros. Both were very good. Everything seemed homemade and it was a casual, fast cafe. Service was top-notch.

This diner is hitting it out of the park with atmosphere, food, and decor. I ordered the southwest breakfast sandwich and a Chai latte. They did their homework and understand the assignment! Flavor profile is on point. If your in Kalispell this diner is a must.

Found this place by mere accident and so happy I did. An eclectic atmosphere with a amazing menu. The menu options were delightful and I settled for the Welsh eggs with an amazing beer cheese sauce. WOZERZ!

The service was top notch and even the cook was polite enough to come ask how things were.

If your in the flathead area and looking for an amazing dining experiance, this is your place. I will certainly be back to try their lunch menu.

I am so impressed by this little cafe, and my standards are quite high. The food is so rich in flavor and packed with high quality ingredients. They also have a modern spin on recipes which I appreciate. The wait staff is very good with recommending dishes based on your dietary restrictions, and extra friendly which made the whole experience (including the wait) a breeze.

Came through town on a US roadtrip, the food was delicious i had a Cajun Log Jam. My partner got a Chai Latte, the best i had the pleasure of tasting so far. Very friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend getting your breakfast here 😊

Delicious, quaint cafe in downtown Kalispell. The golden coffee was amazing, unlike anything I've had before. The fritatta was exactly what I needed including lots of veggies to get a jump start on the day. The crepes were light and tasty, and the homemade French bread was absolutely delicious. It's a small Cafe, and you may have to wait for a table. It's worth the wait!

A hidden nugget that is a must visit! Small and quaint environment. A true gem. Amazing food for both breakfast and lunch. We had Thai curry bowl and eggs Benedict because we were lucky enough to be on the bubble for both.bfast and lunch

Our last meal in Montana was here and it did not disappoint! Everything was so fresh and the staff was friendly. Portions were perfect and so scrumptious!
The quiche of the day was havarti and bacon, which was amazing!
Also their Cuban Reuben was flavorful and well seasoned! A must try if in Kalispell!

What a great find while visiting Montana! Incredibly delicious breakfast, with more interesting options than your average breakfast place. Everything seasoned really well, lots of fresh veggies in the omelets and really tasty coffee …. overall a very satisfied belly :). Our server Dan was super great also! My husband says “it even impressed New Yorkers” 😛.

My husband & I are visiting from the Phoenix area. The food & service here are amazing! We arrived around noon & only had to wait for a table about 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly. We’re vegetarians & were happy they had so many options for us to choose from. They also have vegan options!! We ordered the huevos rancheros, veggie breakfast burrito, with a side of breakfast potatoes. Everything was soo delicious! Definitely recommend this cafe!

Very nice little Café. I had a breakfast burrito and a scone. Prices are very reasonable and my food was delicious. Excellent staff too.

Excellent experience. My wife and I both had the breakfast veggie burrito. I had it as it comes, she made hers vegan by replacing the egg with tofu and the chipotle sauce with vegenaise. One of the best breakfast burritos we've ever had! Highly recommend.

Great ambience and food. I appreciated the oat milk and sugar free flavor for my coffee as well as the gluten free bread. The fruit was nice and fresh.

Such a great little cafe in Kalispell. The food was tasty, and interesting. We had the corned beef hash, and the croissant sandwich. Also, the bee sting coffee. Would highly recommend.
