It’s a shame only belligerent customers seem to come and leave reviews - if you don’t read the return policing or miss a sales window: that’s not on the individual store.

My family has had nothing but helpful customer service, patience with toddlers roaming and exploring while we try on clothes, and have always been fine with us trying on many items for size and fit without any pressure for a sale.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Tried to exchange a sweater one day after receiving as a gift for a different color, only to be denied because I’d removed the tags. Avoid at all costs, or at least stick to e-commerce.

Came as an invite by text for a sale that apparently doesn’t exist
Have spent at least 10 k at theory in the last couple years in several locations
And greeted with a nasty toned “sorry my friend “no sale for you
