Everybody was amazing. We were back in the room right away as soon as we got there. Customer service was great. The nurses were friendly and amazing. As usual, the Doctor knew what he was amazing and friendly. My son is autistic and can be a handful. And he was with us today and everybody was amazing around him and understood when he acted out.

Best care ever for our Murdoch and all our other pets that came before him! Super compassionate & caring Dr. Schneider & his team!

Had our first vet visit for our bunny peach. And I can say everyone is super friendly. I was happy with the care they provided our bunny. And the price was very reasonable. We may just be thinking of switching vets for our three cats as well

When we moved to the area with our 12 year old golden doodle, we soon found Shiloh Vet and we’re so grateful. Through helping us know when it was time to put our good old boy to rest, to the craziness of a big new pup, they’ve been fantastic at every turn.

Recently had to say goodbye to my senior lab. Dr. Schneider and the techs were absolutely so wonderful and caring. Have been going there since they opened many years ago and highly recommend them. All the vets ate super caring people.

Friendly and helpful. Grayson here below was having a really nasty ear infection. It been going on for weeks and everything we tried over the counter wasn't working. Been going to Shiloh West for years with Master Grayson, and thankfully they got us in with a no contract appointment within the week! He isn't the best of dogs with strangers and not very fond of shots, so Doctor Schneider had me assist, (much to Graysons happiness) and everything without a hitch. I highly recommend Shiloh west as they are polite and respectful of your animals care and well being. I look forward to getting a few more years out of my friend thanks to Shiloh West.

Boop would like to thank you for taking such great care of her and especially for being so patient with her crazy dad. She was back to window shopping wildlife the very next morning after her dental procedure and still rocking her paw print bandage for the photo shoot! The vets, techs and all the staff at Shiloh West have gone above and beyond to provide a very professional, educational and enjoyable experience. The practice management at both locations is exceptional - highly recommended!

I’ve had the pleasure of bringing my dogs to Dr. Schneider at Shiloh Veterinary Hospital since 2016. Even after moving, no vet offered the same level of knowledge, care, support and compassion. Naturally, we opted to drive the extra distance to Shiloh, no matter where we have lived. Ensuring our dogs get the best care possible.
Everyone you meet at Shiloh is knowledgeable, friendly, kind, compassionate and all around amazing.
We recently had an experience that no one ever wants to have, involving rushing there for an emergency appointment. They met us in the parking lot, got him on a stretcher and triaged my pup. In record time they had test results and answers for me. My dog was kept comfortable and calm and they brought us back together as soon as they could. Let me tell you how important that last sentence is- they brought him to me as soon as they could- sadly that doesn’t happen everywhere- ask me how I know.
Unfortunately our options were limited but I had ALL the information and options available to make the best decision for my dog. They handled the situation with speed, care, compassion and grace.
We feel lucky to be a part of the Shiloh Veterinary Hospital family.

We have relied on SVH to provide excellent care for our beloved pets for the past three decades. Everyone is wonderful... our dogs love coming to the vets!!!

It was excellent. They took their time and answered all my questions. I have nervous dogs and they took right to the attendants. Cookies did help some. Were able to pay and schedule next appointment in exam room which was so much easier than having to keep 2 dogs settled to check out.

EVEN THOUGH I NEVER GOT TO KNOW MY UNCLE DIESEL MY MOMMY N DADDY TOLD ME HOW MUCH THE FOLKS HERE AT SHILOH TRIED WITH ALL THEIR MIGHT TO HELP HIM. SO I KNOW IM IN GOOD HANDS AT SHILOH AND THEY WILL MAKE SURE I GROW UP TO BE A BIG STRONG HAPPY HEALTHY BOY. THANKS SO MUCH TO EVERYONE AT SHILOH!!!!!!

They have helped me get all my kitties up to date on shots and health checks while giving me feedback and advice along the way. They really care about making sure you understand what’s going on as they care for your pet without making you feel ignorant or helpless.
