The drive through and restaurant are typically glutted with people but they have it down to a science and move people through better than a well-oiled machine. The food is all quality- hot and fresh, chicken with signature, delectable taste, unique and tasty milkshakes and solid side! For sure God has blessed this corporation for honoring Him!

First time trying the #5 breakfast sandwich. And it was worth every penny. Great taste and healthy option.

Food has always been hot and fresh...the service is always super friendly...Everytime we go here in like ugh look at this line they are always super busy but we never have to wait long they keep the lines moving with fast and friendly service which we appreciate

I’ve gone here twice and both times was greeted and given my food by a girl named Jordyn. The second time I was there, she helped me download the app so I can earn rewards. I’m not good with technology so this meant a lot to me. She was so patient and kind to me. I think she alone will be the reason I will be visiting this chic-fil-a again!

Food was fresh and tasty, and considering how busy they were, our food arrived relatively quickly. I don't know how they've mastered the drive-thru, but this chain has. I have yet to find a Chick-fil-A drive-thru that isn't well organized and run efficiently despite the massive lines and strain on the location. BUT I can find numerous Burger King, McDonalds, and Wendys drive-thrus that are absolute perpetual nightmares that never improve. Regardless of their politics and religious views, Chick-fil-A knows how to run a restaurant.

The shakes are great. They offer Seasonal shake flavors that change throughout the year.peach is awesome.
Miss the coleslaw on the menu.
Staff is always pleasant. Location gets extremely busy. Only downside is if you are coming from market street you have to go through Walmart or home depot parking lot.
Workers are great at wiping tables down and keeping dining area clean.
Polynesian sauce is awesome with chicken.
Chick Fila has rewards program so use to earn points.

It was great! The adults were able to have their favorite meal while the Kiddes played in the playground pen after helping them with their kid meal 🌞 if you know what I mean 🤣

I had a reward for a free 8 oz. sauce through the app. I requested the CFA sauce, but was given the Garden Herb ranch. I called in and mentioned it to management/representatives. They were very kind and generous and offered that I could come in and exchange it for a free CFA sauce, plus a milkshake, PLUS nuggs. Overall, outstanding service and genuine kindness at this establishment. THANK YOU CFA EAST YORK!! :)

The staff cleaned the table for us, just before we sat down, checked on us later on to make sure our order was correct and to see if we needed anything AND… the best part….my two young boys had a blast in the kids play area. (Few play areas have been open since Covid)

I always get take out so the atmosphere is not that important to me. It actually looks like it is a five star.

Saying it's your pleasure to serve me in these days of self checkout will never get old. Chick-fil-A will always get five stars just for that!

What can I say Chick-fil-A is speedy, accurate, and delish, definitely worth going to. They are very proficient when it comes to the lunch hour rush and are very friendly. The strawberry frosted Lemonade is really good, as is their breakfast sandwiches.

Fantastic job to Chick-fil-a and all its employees at this location during covid-19. It shows Chick-fil-a and the employees at the york location have all stepped up their game and made it work. My wait time was only 5 minutes from the time i submitted my rather large order at my curbside spot to receiving my food. Great job!! by all and thank you always for the great service..

Some people refuse to dine here because of their religious beliefs. That is sad. All cuisines are not derived from the same religion, but we choose to eat at their restaurant without a problem.
What matters to me are manners. I have not had one impolite employee encounter. The efficiency of service is outstanding. The chicken sandwiches arrive fresh, crunchy, and tender chicken. Okay, I'm not a fan of waffle fries. If one likes them, I'm sure there are no complaints. Best of all, my very favorite is going home with the chocolate chip cookie.

Great customer service. Quick and friendly about correcting their rare mistakes. Food is very consistently fresh and delicious. Best Mac and cheese!

I have been to many Chick Fil A locations and this one is a gem. Always friendly and efficient and clean.

Their breakfast menu is absolutely phenomenal. The quality of their food is top-notch, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. The breakfast biscuits are simply delicious - they are flaky, buttery, and filled with savory goodness. The chicken biscuit is a must-try, and the hash browns are crispy perfection. The coffee is also great, and the orange juice is freshly squeezed. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is extremely attentive to their customers' needs. Overall, I highly recommend Chick-fil-A for breakfast - it's definitely worth waking up early for!

What's not to like about Chick-fil-A. I will continue to keeps going. The Polynesian sauce is the best.
