From day one of me placing online orders from Giants the employee that always bought my groceries out to the car was very polite great customer service thank you Ethan.

Always fresh quality, professional staff and wine selection is the best especially last minute when having dinner parties!

Like any other grocery store, but the employees were really nice.

Most all of the staff is extremely kind and helpful. My favorite grocery store to shop at.

Great store good specials weekly. One thing I don't like is the buy 2 get one free specials, when you don't have kids and you can't freeze the stuff can't buy it because we would waste it could have more specialized related to just two people

Giant always has what Weis Markets doesn't have, in other words Weis is not stocked the way they should be like Giant.
Plus Giant is open later.

It Still a great place to shop, staff is friendly and always helpful when you need to ask for help or need a question answered

I'm new to the area , everyone was nice.. Eager to help,today had to return cheese that was cut too thick but they returned it with no complaints and apologized for the mixup, but also when I was as there yesterday they gave me advice about
moving into the area, an associate even told me of places to try.

I like the convenience of one stop shopping and gas, I see if you have a plug in car, can charge as well. Always easy to go in and out, love the different options of check out's. Friends have worked here. The wine and beer shops are convenient as well as Chinese food next door and Investments. All the shopping center needs is a mailbox store for shipping things, as well as dropping off dry cleaning

Came to get flowers and there was not a very large selection on this day, but checkout was fast and easy through the self checkout and I was able to find what I needed.

I placed a catering order for sandwiches for a work luncheon online, but when I went to pick it, up, they hadn't ever received the order, Jamie the manager was PHENOMENAL, and the deli employees worked quickly to get together what we needed. What could have been a disaster was handled wonderfully and quickly. Kudos to Jamie and her staff! Thank you!

Placed an order for 4 dozen donuts at this Giant. They were ready when I went to get them. I needed them separated differently because of departments they were being placed in. The girls had to change boxes and rearrange them. They did this pleasantly, didn't make it an issue at all. On top of that, my husband took them to work last week and is still being told how delicious the donuts were! Way to go, Dover Giant!! Thank you!

Purchased 2 lb bag of frozen shrimp on sale for $5.99 per lb and they steamed it for me with old bay at no extra charge. It was done promptly and perfectly! Delicious!

Gas rewards are easy to obtain and the store layout is easy to navigate. We were shopping at the other nearby stores and always overlooked Giant thinking it was out of our price range. Well that's not the case, we started saving money with their weekly coupons and bonus buys. I highly recommend here for shopping.

We avoided the first rush. Went today to get essentials . Employees were very pleasant and helpful. Couldn't get everything we wanted, but got enough to see us through for awhile. Staff is doing a great job. Thank you all.
