Great customer service great clean friendly enviroment everytime i visit if i need help the employees help me right away greeting me as soon as i come through the door i would recommend everyone to go and visit this location for their shopping needs or quick stop. Products are fully stocked the current employees are by far a big change from last year this time from the older gentleman who was working there who was very rude and ignored you

This store is great!! Always clean and stocked!! I stop everyday after work for a slushee 😄 very friendly staff!!!

Stopped going to this turkey hill years ago because it was dirty and very rude people. Stopped about 6 months ago and it was clean and staff was friendly. Again yhey have hired staff that are down right rude and nasty. When you pull in and see a cashier standing there that you already know is rude and nasty makes you turn around and go up to Rutter's where they always have friendly staff and a spotless store.

Unprofessional Horrible service
between the hours of 930a.m. 945a.m. the 2 women that were at the counter ..Did Not greet myself or my coworkers as we entered the store ..making us feel completely unwelcome and uncomfortable..they would look at us ..lean into one another and whisper..(completely childish and unprofessional) we picked up what we needed for the day ahead of us and headed to the register ..which again not being greeted but stared at..cashier didn't bother to ask if we needed anything else which btw is the second time we have come to this T.HILL and received the same treatment both times ..(epic fail on customer service).. to make things even worse the other cashier lady speaking to the turkey hill truck driver at the other register ..stopped to look at me & apparently to her disgust she brushed us off with a tacky eye roll making sure we seen it ..(again childish) while we were being rung up..
after ALL this ..our coworker walked up to pay for her items and the cashier said to her AND i QUOTE MY COWORKER HERE >> "they didn't pay for your stuff..you need to go to the other register"..again not greeting but in a polite forceful attitude !? ..coworker payed for her items and came out to the car ..i was looking in the cashiers direction and they were leaning on the counter looking at us ...whispering to the trucker as if anyone else was in the store ..they didn't want other customers hear what was being said.. 2 grown women acting as Childish as possible ..gave the worst service ..if corporate wants to review any of what Ive posted on this review.. the hours in store video..were between 915am to 945am..

The worst Turkey Hill I've ever been in. Store is sanitized maybe once a week with WATER only. Most staff and manager are rude. Store is never stocked always running out of supplies and product. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere other than this store, store 9, 2820 Carlisle Rd York PA. Again most staff not all. 5 star reviews are from employee family who get special treatment.
