Kaia Yoga and Meditation Westport

Love that they offer different types of classes, a wide array of teachers, heated and non heated options, and also prenatal classes, as well as energy healing + sound bowl workshops & events often!

Incredible teachers. I've taken yoga in LA and NYC and the quality of teaching here matches or surpasses it. Both hot and not classes, lots of times and choices, plenty of parking. Basic to advanced plus yin and sound baths. My happy place.

I have been a member of the Kaia family of yogis for over 10+ years. Every member of the Kaia team, from the owner Gina through all of the amazing instructors and staff, I am always treated with care and attention. Even when I lose my practice from time to time, they welcome me back with open arms always! And the friendships I have made with other Kaia students is nothing short of amazing. This is a lovely studio! Bright, clean and peaceful. The staff are very kind and friendly. After just one class the woman at reception knew/remembered my name. The instructors are easy to follow and caring. It is easy to attend classes in any of the many Kaia studies on a multi-pass.

Kaia Yoga of Westport has great teachers. The studios are clean, and the ambiance is refreshing. I enjoy practicing Yoga and love the Gentle Yoga classes.

From out of town for a few months. I was excited to find a place to practice yoga while I am in west port for the summer that does the heated flow yoga I enjoy. Friendly staff and adequate facilities. The introductory package is a good value. The bathroom is clean.

I love Barbara's Gentle Yoga class at Kaia Yoga and Mediation Westport. Great studio and a wonderful instructor who has really boosted my practice. Judy's Warm Candlelight Yin class on Fridays is life changing! The best possible self-care you can give yourself is a membership at Kaia.

Ive been coming to kaia for 5 years and I’ve never been disappointed by a class or experience. The teachers are wonderful and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.
