This spot is like my own personal treat. I always find something that makes me happy, whether it’s a cashmere sweater or a new pair of clogs, I’m never disappointed. Incredibly delightful and wonderful selection. One of these days I’ll actually consign some of my own stuff instead of just buy more. I’ll definitely return.

Cindy does an incredible job with her shop….amazing deals on her beautiful high end inventory! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and it is an all around enjoyable atmosphere!! Beautiful bags, shoes, accessories too;)

Cloud Nine has everything from activewear to black tie dresses and everything in between. Such great stuff, so well priced, and Cindy is so kind and helpful and truly knows her stuff! The best consignment store!!

I have had the pleasure of shopping at this store since it first opened and have had the most professional, excellent experiences time after time. Cindy, the owner, is diligent and trustworthy - and has a great eye for fashion, to say the least. The store has a perfect mix of high-end authentic luxury resale pieces, plus everyday pieces and some vintage treasures, to boot.

You can come here for your Gucci and Prada, or ALC and Ullah Johnson, or Jcrew… it’s all beautiful, and the customer service from the staff is impeccable and trustworthy.

Stopped by for the first time today looking for a specific style for an upcoming event. The owner Cindy helped pull items for me, and I grabbed a shirt for every day wear as well. 100% silk tops, a dress with original tags still on, killer pants- 4 pieces in total, all designer, for $130. The store has a good mix of everyday “normal” clothes, as well as statement pieces, and everything is in impeccable condition for fantastic prices.

Amazing customer service!! I have been looking for a certain purse for a while and was finally able to find it at this store and I am so glad I did find it here because I had the pleasure to work with Cindy the owner who is very generous. She also was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. She even managed to get my purse shipped out so fast to me during the holidays!! Everyone should shop here because I promise you she will not let you down!!

Absolutely the best consignment shop in the area. Not even close. Cindy, the owner, is so lovely and helpful plus she is incredibly honest and fair. The items she gets from loyal customers are fantastic.

Very disappointed dont be surprised if after you leave your items there you never hear from them again. DO NOT bring any high end luxury pieces she doesn't have the product knowledged. Cindies word means nothing I asked to be contacted if certain items did not sell when I dropped off my pieces. with a handful of Fall Winter that would not premier until that season. She donated everything of mine when I asked to where she said person to person in other words too her friends. So if anyone reading this was given a free a grey cashmere pant suit from Celine shame on you.. it's a 5k suit.. and should have been given back to me..
BAD business practices no way to track what you dropped off and don't believe a word she says. Scam to get great clothes for herself and everyone she knows for FREE she has time to contact her list of give away people but not the people who consigned an trusted her. First and last time ever going near Cloud Nine Designers.. 👎👎👎
