CX Pharmacy | Care Beyond Prescriptions

We were having trouble getting prescriptions filled at one of the big chains, and then our doctor complained about them also. So I asked the doctor which pharmacy did he like. He liked Corporate Pharmacy the best.

Small pharmacy (unlike the chain pharmacies in the area) with a friendly and helpful staff. I have no regrets switching to them and feel they appreciate my business.

Hands down the best pharmacy I have ever used. Excellent customer service! You never have to wait on hold to talk to a pharmacist. They worked with me and my insurance to offer the lowest possible co-pays. Medications are delivered right to my door free of charge. I highly recommend.

We switched to CX Pharmacy after multiple terrible experiences at Walgreens and I wish we switched sooner. The CX pharmacists are so helpful and fixed insurance issues that Walgreens and CVS always said they were too busy to resolve and the home delivery is extremely convenient. We've now switched all of our prescriptions here and are so happy to have such a competent and convenient pharmacy nearby!

Great service!!! Staff is so friendly and helpful!!! Originally only had my daughters prescription going there and because of how friendly, nice && awesome they are, I switched my prescriptions to them for myself.. I LOVE the fact they deliver if you need them to. Pharmacist is so nice he knew I needed a prescription for my daughter for school and because they are closed on Sundays, and close at 4pm on Saturdays and her doctors apt was on a Saturday at 230pm, since the prescription wasn’t sent until 3pm & my car was out of service he offered to personally deliver it to my house himself on his way home when they close at 4…. AMAZING offer of him.

Just switched over to CX and couldn’t be happier. Ray was very knowledgeable and eager to help with making the transition go smoothly. They even delivered my prescriptions the same day ordered. Awesome and thank you CX Pharmacy!

This is such a nice pharmacy! Granted the hours aren’t the same as CVS/ Walgreens but WHO CARES? This place will deliver! Service is so friendly and the place is spotless. Such a breath of fresh air from the awful service I receive from Walgreens who always seems to have an issue. This place is amazing!

After many years the Medicine Shoppe in White hills recent closed. This left us with the choice of the large chain pharmacies...or so we thought. Last week our neighbor Jody told us about the CX pharmacy, so we went there today.

We were greeted by the owner who took the time to meet with us and get our prescription changed over from CVS (they apparently inherited or bought our prescriptions from the medicine shoppe) to the CX pharmacy.

This is a small family run pharmacy. The pricing was where we needed it to be. The service was personalized, and they can even deliver prescriptions to your home if needed.

So for those folks in White Hills that miss the feel of a family run pharmacy and don't want to become a "number" at CVS, Wallgreens or the other big box shops, have a look at CX pharmacy. It's located at the new shopping center behind Starbucks.

Let me begin by saying that I take a lot of prescription medications and can be a difficult customer to please, I actually expect that any business that I choose to use appreciates the fact that I have chosen to use them as opposed to someone else.

For more than 35 years I chose to use a small, privately owned pharmacy at Oronoque Plaza in Stratford. The owner there eventually retired and the new owners closed the pharmacy down within a year. After that, without many other choices available, I eventually wound up using one of the major chains (its name begins with C and ends with S) where I was able to get my prescriptions filled but, quite simply. was just an account number (one of tens of thousands). With a customer base like that, it isn't possible for the pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, clerks and cashiers know their customer's name, let alone develop any type of relationship with an individual, they are simply employees with no personal interest in making sure that you are properly taken care of, satisfied with your experience or even acknowledging your presence with a simple hello.

Recently, that drug store chain opened a new store closer to my home and I was about to transfer all of my prescriptions there when I received a mailer from a newly opened, family operated drug store, right around the corner from the new chain drug store. I decided to visit them before I made a decision on where to transfer my business and, after that initial visit, I chose to try CX Pharmacy.

I couldn't be happier with my choice to use them going forward. From my first visit (which was strictly to "get a feel" of the type of service that I could expect) I was impressed. I was greeted by the pharmacist (Farquan) who said hello (with a smile on his face) when I entered, he listened to me and took the time to find out what my expectations would be for him to earn and keep my business. He spent a considerable amount of time with me, going over my (extensive) list of prescriptions and offering suggestions on how to more easily manage my medication routine. Farquan is currently in the process of synchronizing my scripts, so that I will (as far as possible) have all of my refills come due at the same time (imagine, one trip to the pharmacy rather than twenty two) and, after they are all synchronized, I will begin receiving them pre-sorted into individual, sealed, bubble packs, with my medications already set up for my morning, midday, evening and bedtime doses so that all I have to do is open the bubble and take the medications and, to top it off, if I choose they will deliver it to my door at no charge - I look forward to my life being that much simpler.

I have already begun to develop a personal relationship with the staff at CX and, if all of this continues as promised and as progressing, I am confident that CX Pharmacy and I will maintain our relationship for years to come, I guess that you could say that, as of now, I am an extremely happy and satisfied customer and have no qualms about recommending them to my friends and family.

An incredibly refreshing experience! Personal attention, care with the most accommodating and friendliest of staff! I would recommend CX to everyone and anyone who is looking to get back to the way it was done before the big box pharmacies came into play!!! Well done CX!

Stopped by to get a Covid rapid test and the pharmacy manager ZAIN was incredibly knowledgeable and nice. Also got my boater shot while I was there.
