Best Western Plus Kalispell/Glacier Park West Hotel & Suites

Nice hotel. Clean rooms comfortable beds. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was ok, but mostly processed food options. Some fresher options would be good. Nice to have access to the coffee/hot chocolate 24 hours all though brewed coffee at breakfast would be preferable. Hotel is in an odd location But was a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our short stay very much! The rooms are very nice and clean, super comfortable beds, wonderfully quiet and a delicious continental breakfast first thing in the morning with complementary bottles of water at check in. Would definitely check in and stay again!

The hotel was clean and very quiet! Derek was so nice and helpful as was other staff. I did not use the pool nor fitness room but both were very nice! Breakfast was perfect! Would highly recommend this facility!

Conveniently located, clean rooms, good price. Great service, the Continental breakfast was good. Usually I hate hotel breakfast but I thought it was good.

We Love Our Stay the Rooms and Breakfast are Great and The Beds Were Comfy and the Pool and Hot Tub Were Delightful and its so nice to bring Our Dog along too

Stayed there for my daughter to have a procedure done the next day at the hospital, she got sick and we ended up needing fresh bedding. Derrick at the front desk was so kind and not judgemental at all. The pool was super clean and well maintained and the room was clean and cozy. Will definitely be staying here again.

We chose this location as I needed to have work done in my Subaru and it was nearest the dealership. The location would also be very good if exploring Glacier and the rest of the Flathead Valley as it would save having to drive into or thru Whitefish.
One disappointment was to find out the hot tub was outside when we arrived. Normally maybe not a problem but when it is 0° it was too cold to use it and not available.

Nice place to stay, with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. It was nicely decorated and had an indoor pool.

Rooms are comfortable, breakfast was awesome, and all the staff were super friendly. People complaining about the location should check the prices closer to the park! This is a great value.

The staff at the Best Western were top notch. I was unexpectedly forced to stay for an extended amount of time because my elderly mother was taken from the hotel to the emergency room. After my husband had to return home to open out business, the staff treated me like family. They checked on me and were genuinely concerned about how I was doing. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you all for your help!!

Derrick (front desk) was very pleasant to talk to and very accommodating. Amy (housekeeping) went out of her way to make me happy... And Tony (maintenance) was very pleasant and full of knowledge! Swimming pool could have been a little warmer. Pictures on the internet don't match the decor... But still a very nice place to stay! Recommended!!!

One of the nicest, largest rooms I have ever stayed in. Our room has a king sized bed, living area and a full kitchen. The hotel is also in a good location. I definitely will stay here again.

Clean, well appointed, comfortable rooms. Nice laundry for guests. Only thing I'd like to see is a bigger area for pets to potty and it NOT be a small piece of artificial grass. Larger & Real grass would be nice! Otherwise, perfect!

Spent 2 night, no issues at all. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is average. Pool and hot tube were amazing. Cars were safe. Close to restaurants and shopping mall. About 35min from Glacier National park west entrance. Also pet friendly.

I've been to a lot of hotels, this place was awesome. All the staff were super friendly, really clean room. Best part ........pet friendly hotel! People let me give all the puppies luvs. I had a great time. Will be staying here again.
