Had an excellent experience at 406 motors of Kalispell. I stopped by one day to look at a few work trucks that were on their lot and was kindly greeted by Megan. I told Megan what I was looking for and what my budget was and they had a few trucks that were pretty much exactly what I needed to add to our business. We took a truck for a test drive and decided it was what we needed. The purchasing and registration process was a breeze and not once was Megan "pushy" or trying to just sell me on a vehicle we do not need. The truck fit right into our budget and is used daily in our business.
I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to the team at 406 motors.

PS: Megan even sent me a HAND WRITTEN birthday card. Being a business owner in 2024 surrounded by technology and all of that "A.I" stuff, a hand written note is one of the important little things that I look for in a business. The fact that she took the time out of her day to hand write a birthday letter instead of typing/printing, shows how much they care about their customers and the level of customer service that they provide.

(I even got a sweet camo 406 motors hat when I bought the truck)

My wife and I were looking for a used 2nd vehicle and found several of the make we wanted in town on line and drove by this past weekend several dealerships. Based on the their website and the details and pictures of the vehicle we wanted we found it at 406 Motors late Saturday afternoon when they were closed. We sent them an email and Megan followed up promptly Monday morning shortly after they opened. We scheduled an appointment with her to come test drive it and they had it washed and sitting up front ready to go. We had a great test ride and their sales team were able to answer all our questions about the brand, and this particular vehicle. They allowed us without pressure to leave and make a decision on our own at home and closed the deal by midafternoon. We met several of there staff members and all were pleasant and professional and we are happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. BBH

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. They were extremely kind, not pushy AT ALL, warm, friendly, and most important, very honest. I went back several times and enjoyed each time I was there. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't feel any unnecessary pressure to buy or make a decision. Our salesman Sean was helpful and didn't blow smoke (if he didn't know, he would find out instead of pretending to know). I have been happy with my vehicle purchase so far and not experienced any problems coming to light after leaving the dealership. No hidden fees or agendas and no dock fee. Megan stepped out of the door to greet me as soon as I stepped out of my old truck (also purchased at 406 Motors) with a smile on her face and a welcome handshake. She listened to what I said, showed me trucks on my list of priorities, answered all of questions then we took a drive in what is now my new awesome Dodge Ram Sport truck.
