Plaza Diner Restaurant

This diner is a good place to go when you want to eat and not get fussy about how you look and also have your favorite comfort food for dinner, like breakfast for dinner or any lunch food for breakfast etc. I had French onion soup and it was Good!!! I also had broiled bay scallops cooked just right. Took home carrot 🥕 cake for later. Yummy enjoy ya awl!

Great and fresh food, Lobster roll night before went back for Swordfish. Both were excellent! Ordered off daily menu, 3 course meal for $25 (base), will always go back when in area. Fresh food, nice seasoning and perfectly cooked. Has fresh bakery items as well but didn't sample as was too full from dinner.

I went for breakfast on a Sunday in late June. Very busy, but since I was dining solo I was able to get seated immediately with counter (bar) seating. No frills but efficient service. Very clean and bright space. Great food and amazing prices that beat even what I'd find in the Midwest. Polish trip was excellent! My first time having pierogies for breakfast. The potatoes were clearly house made and the sausages were excellent.

This place takes diners to the next level. Saying diner describes the food style. But not the atmosphere. The service from Patti. Today at lunch was absolutely outstanding, the staff was amazing. The bus boy was amazing. My roast beef club was probably the best. I've had in 25 years. I came from yockers, New York to do business in the area. And we'll be coming back here on the regular. Just because the food was that good.

Haven't been here in years and I love how beautiful the place has gotten. Diner? Well I love diners but this place really took it up a few notches. The food was very good and our waitress, Amy was awesome, funny, and very attentive. Will be back.

Dine in or take out, the food is always great and consistent. The classic dishes are quite tasty. They have great classic diner deserts as well. A staple in our family.

Stopped in late for coffee and dessert with friends. Good selection, very good tasting, staff was great.

We were a party of 9 late on a Saturday night. Staff were all friendly, and everyone was happy with their meal. Better than the average diner. Bonus points for making their chocolate milkshakes with chocolate ice cream. 🤗

The food here is absolutely incredible. They have a signature salad dressing that I've been craving for weeks now. The breakfast plate shown in the photo had a delicious uniqueness to it's taste. Highly recommended.

Better diner I've been to in quite a while! Most diners I grew up with closed! Plus,it's only 7 mins from my house! The food is really good,along with the staff!! Highly recommended!!

Decent sized location with constant flow of people. Base menu has good options and well priced. The specials menu is a bit pricier but the options are different and give you a breath of freshness that you dont see at a diner usually. I ordered the daily special, Maryland Fried Whole Clam Bellies. Definitely good sized clams and the batter was very crisp amd crunch. Worth the price for sure!

I traveled here from TX for my daughters bridal shower. We went here for breakfast before we all left, and what a nice breakfast we had, although it probably had a lot to do with our server. She was sweet, personable, funny, and very attentive. She is an asset to this diner. The food was delicious too, lol.
When visiting again, I would make this a "must stop" for breakfast again.

This place first time I came it is awesome better than Riverdale Diner used to go there all the time but Plaza Diner beats them all this place is very good it was packed

This place is a true jewel that we found by accident. After the “breakfast” at our nearby hotel turned into a disaster, we came to The Plaza Diner for breakfast and had such great food and service we came back every day of our stay! The Lobster Benedict was unbelievable, as were the omelets, breakfast sandwiches and coffee. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area!

Polite staff. FOOD WAS GREAT. in terms of being well SEASONED!!! And we were surprised by how large the portions were for the cost. Diner food has always been mediocre to me nothing that stands out but I will go out my way at least once a month to drive up there.

Delicious home cooking comfort food place. Family friendly atmosphere. real handmade sausage....

Good food. Good atmosphere and quick service. A little old fashioned inside but that adds to the whole experience. I have eaten there over 30 times and almost every time was a good experience.
