Allison at the Westport location is a pleasure to work with. Very patient, very knowledgeable and really professional. The customer service after the sale is most impressive. Over my many visits to the store I've received great service from other employees at the store as well. Extremely happy with their furniture. Very beautiful and high quality. Shop at this store if you're looking for great service and great quality furniture at a reasonable price.

It was simply a pleasure shopping here! The store employees (especially Anthony) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They showed me a bunch of different fabric samples for the Harmony couches that they had on hand. They went above and beyond!! Will be coming back for more!! Love West Elm Westport!!!! The staff is very helpful. They helped me save 110 bucks on shipping when the rug I purchased was shipped to the store instead if direct to my house.
