Rose Mountain Floral created a lovely wedding bouquet for our ceremony at Glacier National Park. Janet was a pleasure to work with. The vision I had for what I wanted my flowers to look like came true!

I sent flowers to a friend at work. I had some ideas for the arrangement and the container, and the designer knew just what I wanted. They were stunning, and my friend LOVED them. Very satisfied customer. Thank you!

Five stars really does not do this florist justice. I recently eloped while in Kalispell and while I didn’t want a traditional wedding, I did want a few traditional pieces. Like, a bouquet. I contacted Janet and explained what my plans were, what my budget was and what I wanted. (I also attached a few pictures to give her references) She emailed me back with a description of what she could provide and let me tell you...It. Was. PERFECT. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful bouquet for my special day. Thank you Janet!!

Online ordering was easy. Even with Mother’s Day weekend, they got the delivery made on time, and got all my questions answered. My mom loved the azalea tree and stuffed bear. I live in a different state, so this customer service was much appreciated. Pic of mom for attention

I ordered a floral arrangement over the phone this weekend for my mothers Birthday and I went out of town with no cell service right after placing the order. Unbeknownst to me, my credit card wasn't working but Rose Mountain Floral built the arrangement and delivered the flowers on time without payment anyhow. They very kindly called and left me a voicemail but with me being out of service, I wasn't able to return their call for payment information until they reopened today. It's very doubtful any other business would have done this, THANK YOU for your wonderful customer service, you have all my future business for sure!

Accommodated a last-minute, same day delivery (on a holiday weekend, no less), and the arrangement looked just as good as, if not better than the picture on their website, which is always a concern when ordering online from another state. I will definitely use this florist again. They have beautiful, unique designs.

Fantastic quality & beauty. We couldn’t be more pleased with Rose Mountain Floral. I highly recommend them. The customer service & design were excellent. I was nervous about ordering something “off the menu” over the phone. It turned out far better then hoped. They blended two different styles, a bouquet & cascading plant & it was stunning. It couldn’t have been more perfect for a dear friend’s family funeral. The flowers were so beautiful they brought comfort & happiness to the whole family during a tough time.

As a florist myself I’m pretty picky about who I chose. Rose mountain floral did amazing! So glad I went with them. I chose designers choice and asked for a bright arrangement with some sunflowers and they did great! They also responded to a question through email very fast! Only thing is I wished they had more arrangements to choose from on their site but overall will use again for my friend! Thank you!

You want customer service...then you have come to the right place. The address of the house we were delivering flowers to was extremely tough to find. The delivery driver absolutely would not give up until she found the right place. They made a beautiful carnation lei for my son's high school graduation! I called with the hope that this shop could create something and this is what they made! It looked incredible and was delivered right on time. I could not be more grateful, as the family could not be in Kalispell due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, but this lei let our son know we were thinking of him (and he likes to look fancy!) on his special day. Janet and Brooke were SO kind and helpful.

Not a whole big selection the day I went in, but the lady made it perfect regardless. I went in to get my grandma a planted flower, told her my budget, she gathered 3 different plants that looked great together and put them together in a pot I picked. I appreciated them being open during "quarantine"!
