Great inventory but non-sensical rules regarding what will be accepted for consignment. Won't accept Via Spiga over the knee boots that cost $500 when purchased and worn twice - the objection was the brand name.

A lot of fashion variety and appealing pieces. However there is no customer service provided, no greetings or announcements of current sales. It’s very difficult to get any of the employees attention. I was waiting at the register for more than 15mins in a store filled with more employees than shoppers!! The store layout doesn’t define women’s/men’s.

It is 5:40 pm. On the websites and on the door closing time is published as 6:00. The door were locked and the staff was in an hurry to go home. Why in the world you are not considerate to the public and respect Storrs hours published. The owner needs to be made aware the disrespect and disappointment caused to customers, especially those traveling from far!!!
