Loved this place!!

Booked online which was very easy. Checked in a little later than some (8.30pm). Front Desk lady was AMAZING- very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Pool was clean and relaxing. Breakfast the next day was the standard continental- the room was dirty with no one in there to tidy. No spoons for cereal. What we did have was nice though. Fresh fruit was available too. Checkout lady was not as good as the night staff member - stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes before she looked up at us with no one else there. She was nice and friendly while talking to us though. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Now, there were quite a bit of negatives to my experience, but my shout outs have to go to the amazing GM and assistant manager who made sure they would have a returning customer despite having less than what would call a good experience upon check-in.
The place was under construction, so hard to find without proper signs. Once we finally did and checked in, the outer doors were not reading cards to work properly (which has been a problem for awhile I was informed). We get to our pet friendly room and there's a box tv, no fridge or microwave, and the toilet hadn't been cleaned-yuck! I had to go up to the front desk several times (which let me tell you felt like forever each time since we were clear at the other end of the building).
Despite what could of ruined my vacation and not being moved to a new room (which I was informed the next day should of happened), housekeeping and janitorial were excellent and got my bathroom clean and brought a fridge and microwave. When I went up to talk about a discount for the inconvenience (which staff suggested), not only did the assistant manager refund me a little before the GM came in, I ended up paying around $45 a night when I would of had to pay $110.
The pool and hot tub were fun and spacious! Loved that! Our room was quiet and could park my car right out my window-another plus! This is an older hotel, but I love the charm of it and they are working on improvements. Working at a hotel myself, I understand the huge headaches that come with having to update something that's stuck in time and always trying to improve your services. I appreciate their efforts and despite not being perfect, it's well worth the money because of the way it is managed! Those gals will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I'll take minor inconveniences for a free night plus any day!

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, very accommodating. Richard was especially helpful in making sure our stay was perfect. He let us know about reserving the hot tub because of Covid. I wanted extra towels and coffee. He got them immediately. He even called us right before our reserved time and had clean pool towels waiting for us! Our room was great. It had a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. Very quiet and walking distance to several restaurants and fast food. Gas station right out front.

The front desk staff is very friendly. It gives a warm welcome and very helpful. She let me have a map of the hotel to guide me to my room. They provide free breakfast. I have chosen a two queen beds, TV, full-length mirror, nightstand, table with two chairs, hairdryer, tissues in a box, hangers, closet/storage, towels, and toiletries. You have no idea how many hotels I have stayed at and the tissue box is empty. The bathroom and the room is immaculate. The heater works. There's plenty of privacy because there are 3 sets of curtains. There is plenty of lighting! I would highly recommend this FairBridge Inn in Kalispell and their staff-sweet and very friendly and professional customer service. Also, they are available to assist guests 24/7. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces. 💖

Thanks Charles and Starr! We had book 4 rooms across the street at motel 6. We went to check in about 3 times between 6-10 pm and still did not get our rooms. It was super late! I was able to call this hotel and they were able to get us 2 rooms right away and it was quick and easy. Wish we had booked all the rooms here first! Charles and Starr were so nice and had great customer service! Oh yea, not only my family came to the hotel many others that did not get their rooms at motel 6 also came over! Thank you!

Stayed hear multiple times. Clean clean clean rooms. Great amenities. Friendly staff. Relaxed vibe. Great rates great value unbeatable service. These people have the best attitude! I really hope management appreciates how hard their staff works, these people are incredible and they make the place run so smooth. 10 times out 10 I would recommend. Want a hotel? Go anyplace. Want an experience that will be relaxed and safe and clean? Go here. This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever been to and we go here every time we are in the area.shout out to Rebecca and her team, they really go above and beyond.

The staff was super friendly and open to any questions and accommodations that we had. When I told the front desk that our little one loved swimming, she automatically moved our room closer to the pool! :) Super nice and thoughtful! We all slept great, beds are very comfy and it is so affordable! Next time we visit Kalispell we will stay here for sure :)

#1 hotel in the Flathead. Will not go anywhere else but here. Amazing room. Very nice and clean. The floors and bathroom were spotless. No foul odors. Also pleasently quiet. One of the nicest rooms I've been in. Their website is awesome as well. I reserved my room on their website and got a two for one deal. Very affordable and they have pet friendly rooms for only ten dollars more a night. The lady at the front desk was amazing! Very knowledgable, helpful, and super friendly. Great room and really spacious! Clean and well priced. A pleasant surprise as it's an older property. Friendly staff was very accommodating when we extended our stay on a holiday weekend! We never got to the pool but other guests said it was nice! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and will stay here again next summer when we return to the area! Manager Karen was professional and helpful! Thank you and great place!

Have very much enjoyed my stay here. Great price and great service. Staff has always been extraordinarily friendly! I came and stayed for a couple months while looking to move to the area, they were willing to print various materials for my job hunt and for side jobs I had to do. I have absolutely no complaints!

I loved it! Beautiful vintage looking building, welcoming charm. Bedrooms were extremely clean and comfortable, very nice bathroom. Though you could tell the building had seen better, busier days. Friendly staff, nice complimentary breakfast, kids loved the make your own waffles station. Pool was never busy, hygienic and very relaxing. On top of everything you are in a good location for restaurants, grocery stores ect. Would definitely highly recommend this hotel, way better then my stay in Motel 6 from across the street, that place was a poor excuse for a business. If we were going back on another vacation to Kalispell my family and I would go back to The Outlaw for another visit again, for sure!

I really enjoy staying at the FairBridge Inn. The place is clean and quiet. I am ableIable to get the rest I need between shifts. It has a pool and hot tub to enjoy as well as a small fitness center. The rooms are spacious and warm.
The atmosphere is friendly. I have to say I feel at home here.

The FairBridge is great. We stayed for quite a while and have nothing but good things to say about this place. Great atmosphere, very accommodating staff, and an overall wonderful experience. If you need a place for the holidays, they will welcome you like it is home! Thanks to everyone on staff (and especially Krystyna!) for a memorable stay.

We had a great visit here! Loved the pool and hot tub. Had an indoor basketball hoop. Great location. Good rate. Clean rooms. Breakfast on our way out in the morning. We would absolutely stay here again!

Had a great experience here on my first trip to the area! Clean and spacious King room. Very affordable and clean! The staff was friendly and helpful when we extended our stay over the busy holiday weekend! I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I have been at this Motel for a month. It really has changed the General Manager Amber and her employees has done a Excellent job. Rebecca that works the front desk is always very friendly. Try it once before you knock it.

There were multiple hotels on the same street. I went to econo lodge, motel 6, and some unknown Mamas and papas hotel and they all told me I cannot check in after 2:00 a.m. FairBridge inn checked me in without a problem. It does not make sense to turn down profit for the business because it is 3:00 a.m.. Checking in at 3:00 a.m. and checking out at 11:00 a.m. is much more convenient for the hotel. I spent less time in the hotel to ruin all the sheets. What if multiple other customers came in after 2:00 a.m. and they are all sent to FairBridge inn! More money for them, less money for the incompetent businesses surrounding them.

Mrs. Starr and Mr. Charles were absolutely amazing. Their bright personalities and generous actions made our stay very memorable. Although not the newest property, the Fairbridge is perfect for a stop on a vacation to Glacier. During such a difficult time, coming out of covid, Starr and Charles are determined to keep the property running at the highest standard possible. We would definitely recommend staying here and going to see our friends Starr and Charles!!!

We live here in Kalispell and just wanted to use the pool and hot tub, since they dont sell a pool pass we rented a room and spent the night also. Nothing fancy here but it was clean and affordable. It turned out to be a nice little break for the wife and I. We both work a lot of hrs and dont have much time together and time in the spa and pool was great we now make this are little get away because it is affordable.

Very nice people and so quiet. Best bed and pillow i ever had in a room under a 100.00. Too bad no senior or veteran discounts. I would stay there again.Thanks
