First time at this location and I loved it.much better than the new one near me. Would definitely make the trip to shop there again.

Had an amazing experience at the Westport HomeGoods today. By far the best HomeGoods in CT with the best selection. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to help me. I had 3 large paintings in my shopping cart and as I was exiting an aisle, I accidentally bumped into the corner of a painting which then tipped and knocked over a tree lol. I was so mortified I felt so terrible and two employees came up and were so kind and reassuring even though I was turning red and so mortified. Rafael offered to take my cart and bring it up to the front for me and I said no no it’s okay many times but he insisted and was very kind. I then went to checkout and the cashier Delilah was also so kind and friendly. They both went out of their way when they really didn’t have to, to be friendly and helpful and over the top so nice. Rafael then offered to bring my cart to my car and help me unload my large paintings. It took me many times of telling him no it’s okay you’ve been so helpful enough for him to let me go without his help. I never write reviews, literally ever, but they gave me such a great experience I had to share. I manage a business in a service industry where customer service is very important and after this experience I strive to find employees who are so kind and go the extra mile like Rafael and Delilah did tonight. I’m sure all of the other employees are wonderful too

This is a great addition to our town. They hired the most wonderful manager who is upbeat, kind, creative and thoughtful! Go say hello, he’s the one with the big smile!

Omg I went yesterday ..everything is fabulous I bought the prettiest gift boxes..gifts and shortbread cookies so good...

Home good seamed to have a lot more new items this month, very good selection of things in all departments. Was a bit more difficult than usual saying no to a few things.

I absolutely love homegoods, any time of the year they have everything you could ever dream of. The store is always adding new and interesting decor which changes constantly, so every time is like a new shopping experience. It’s affordable, easy to navigate, clean and the staff of always helpful, insightful, quick and kind

I bought 2 beautiful Italian chairs

Probably my most favorite home goods in all of CT. Every single aisle here is JAM packed with items. Enormous selection of decor, kitchen ware, pillows, storage, pet supplies, furniture, and just about everything in between. Definitely one of the largest HomeGoods I’ve been to so far and during the holidays they have some of the most unique and beautiful types of gift wrapping and decorations I’ve come across.

The HomeGoods store in Westport CT is a great place to pick up goods for your home. The store was clean and shelves were stocked. I prefer this location over the Norwalk due to those factors. The items are reasonable priced and the staff is friendly. I would recommend this HomeGoods store to anyone and giving it five out of five stars.

Comfortable and with amazing pieces.

I consider this homegoods to be a step above the rest across the state, I have been to quiet a few. None of the others can match the selection of items that this store sells, especially when it comes to furniture. I have been very pleased with all of the purchases I have made here over the past couple of years and love stopping by on lunch breaks, even if it’s just to browse. Staff is also always very friendly.

One of my fave stores, some days you just want to bring home treasures that are NOT vintage or antique... I love going here during those days. Always a great selection and good prices. TIP : come early if you want to score a great deal for a particular item. If you come after 1:00 p.m. especially during the weekends - you won't find much to choose from. Of course, they restock but you'll feel disappointed when you go and the store is shelves have been picked clean - literally.

Who doesn't love home goods? One of the better ones in that part of Connecticut. Not sure what happened to the kids section though

This location has a lot more qty of products than other locations. Sometimes the other locations will have 2 of a dish or charger plates while this location will have 6. It's easy to get to and traffic usually isn't bad.

Carry lot of seasonable items gifts for everyone at a very reasonable price..quality merchandise quick service different products everyday

The store has a little of everything your might need to decorate your home. They always have good sesonal decor. It's all down to how hard you look and what kind of creative eye you have.

Huge selection of furniture and rugs! If you need something for your house I recommend this location. The one in Norwalk is excellent as well. This location is just giant making them able to carry larger pieces and a higher quantity of smaller ones.

This store has more to shop and hunt for. they get a truck everyday. and it's clean and BIG. great customer service.

First time at the Westport location and I gotta say...it's alot of stuff! Gotta spend the day here just browsing. Way better items and much more to choose from than stratford/trumbull location. Will be back!
