Manager Cindy was so helpful. She noticed i was purchasing an item that had been returned as "damaged'. There were none left so she sold me the display at a discounted rate so my kids could enjoy it. Amazing customer service!!

I am a professional crafter for many years now so I frequent Michaels alot!!!!They offer a beautiful selection of crafting supplies, like really nice artificial flowers and baskets (huge selection), they offer a fine beading and findings supply, fun books, decorative items that you wouldn't find anywhere else, and they seem to carry items that the other local craft supplier doesn't have. The aisles are easy to maneuver and we'll laid out. At holiday time, there's nice things for gifts and craft projects, and wonderful holiday decor!!!Make sure to download their app for Michaels coupons and you can order online as well. This is a chain, so they can be found in different states and towns near you. Highly recommended!!!! Fun place to shop!!!!!I love this place!!!!

Just about everything you need for crafts. Their specials are amazing. There's usually a 40% or 50% off coupon available and their $2 t-shirt specials are outstanding.

This is a Michaels arts & craft store. They have the framing department there too. Store is vey clean and well stocked.
The staff is friendly, knowledge and willing to help.

Great place for arts and crafts, I found everything I was looking for, the only turn down is that it is a bit pricey. If you are looking for basic stuff, Walmart might be a better idea.
