The UPS Store

I have had a business mailbox at this UPS store in Westport for 5 years now. This is absolutely the best UPS store! The owner came to introduce himself to me in the beginning. Every time I go, they are always so friendly and helpful. I can get notary done here (I can also get notary done at Chase) but what Chase doesn't do is provide witnesses to sign paper and very few places do. This UPS will help you with 2 witnesses. I was under so much time pressure to sign some closing paper which required witnesses and this UPS came through for me! They are always cheerful, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend this place!

I have to say this location is Awesome! The store is neat, well organized and very quick service! I have always dealt with Augie and He is the best! He knows His business well, always makes the best recommendations and is a true professional!

Consistently great customer service over the last couple years. Great team of people working here. Have on more than one occasion been in line seen the staff deal with some “challenging” Westport customers with grace and patience.

Angie and “the blonde woman” especially - true professionals. Nice people too.

UPS corporate ought to give the whole store a commendation, and a bonus. More friendly and helpful than the post office. They’ll even accept Usps package dropoff.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this UPS store is!!! Augie and Vincent are so nice!! I was in a rush and had to send a fax, I had to leave and couldn’t wait for the confirmation BUT as I was about to drive away Augie came out of store and gave me the confirmation paper!!! Talk about GREAT customer service!!! He deserves a raise!!!😊 Thank you Augie and Vincent!!!!

Pablo and Augie are the best! They stayed overtime this evening just to help me get some very important paperwork out the door! They deserve a raise--at least a cup of coffee from the owner! Recent visit to this The UPS Store was very refreshing. Seems there is a new owner who wants to grow and add services to the business. Was pleasantly greeted when I arrived and was able to make copies, complete a notary and send my documents out over night. I was given options and detailed descriptions about each service offering.

This store is the best! Not just the best UPS store but seriously one of the best stores as far as customer service you can get these days. All of the employees are amazing especially Alex who has gone above and beyond in service. Keep up the good work guys it is not going unnoticed.

Every visit to this UPS store is a pleasure. Service is prompt, courteous and discreet. Every staff member takes time to assist you with all necessary details for all your needs. The printing and notary services are also very useful and convenient.

I had to ship a package internationally and it got.l held up in Customs. The employees here went above and beyond -- multiple phone calls -- to figure out the problem and get my package delivered. Great service!

Excellent service. Polite, helpful staff, always willing to go the extra mile for their customer. The only UPS Store I want to go to in Westport or Fairfield.

It is interesting how different people can have such different experiences. I have been using the UPS store for over 15 years, for my home and business shipping, and I have never seen a team of people bend over backwards to help people the way this group does. They are the best!
