GB&Y is such a wonderful studio with dedicated instructors who always make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Every instructor is unique in their own way and I recommend trying each different type of class out. Classes are always interesting with different and new routines each class. The studio is beautiful and has a calming atmosphere. I started out a year ago with no Barre or Yoga experience and now I'm hooked! I can't say enough how great this studio, the owner, Lisa, and the instructors all are!!

This is THE BEST studio in town for barre and yoga!! The classes are taught by some of the most passionate and knowledgeable instructors in the state. Lisa, the owner, always has special classes (like Barre at the Bar—Which is outdoors at Rooftop) and is always doing fun things—which makes GBY a community of people—not just people who show up. This is by far the best workout I’ve ever had! I’m so lucky to now be able to go 5 days a week! This is a great way to reach your personal goals!

I've been taking barre classes at GBY for over a year now and I am hooked! I've never been someone to stick with an exercise program let alone look forward to going like I do at GBY. The studio is very nice, clean and has great energy. The entire staff is always friendly and welcoming. It's impossible to pick a favorite instructor as they are all highly trained, knowledgeable and fun. I would highly recommend this studio to all!

I attended my first barre class at the beginning of 2018 & it has changed my life, finally after 36 yrs I had found an exercise I enjoy! With the support of everyone at GBY I even tried yoga. I started yoga to help with barre & fell so in love I now use barre to help my yoga. I have NEVER felt as strong as I do now.
As someone with a lot of anxiety & a strong aversion to exercise I can not recommend GBY enough! You will absolutely fall in love with the talented instructors, supportive community, beautiful studio, wide array of classes & workshops and the amazing owner Lisa.

The studio and staff at GBY is top notch. Serene, friendly, clean with ample parking. I love the barre classes with these talented instructors. The classes are alway unique and focused on toning the entire body. It’s a tough workout made fun. Just love it!!

Took my first class this morning and it was great. I ran late because of traffic but the instructor was very understanding. Everyone in the class was welcoming and I did not feel judged. The class itself was challenging but the music and instructor's flow made it completely do-able. Overall nice studio and excellent class. I highly recommend.

This place is truly a gift, an oasis, a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a place that is positive, compassionate, inclusive and healthy, look no further! Staff and clients are so welcoming and the owner has created such a warm and peaceful environment. Skip the franchise workout places that tend to be clicky and status driven, this is the real deal and your whole self; mind, body and soul will thank you for it! :)

If want variety and no judgement, GBY is the place to be. No two classes are the same and no two instructors are alike. You will work hard but will want to keep coming back - there is a real sense of community.

Lisa, the owner, is fantastic and she employs well trained staff. As a yoga instructor myself, I highly suggest this studio. Great vibes too!
