Came in because I had a piece of metal jammed in my tire, Santa helped me out by letting me borrow his air pump and gave me tips on plugging the tire. Would’ve had to walk home if not for him, this store and their employees are great and I couldn’t be more thankful Santa stopped to help me out. Will definitely be back.

I can’t count how many times I’ve come to this location for parts and I’m always helped with great customer service. Most recently I was misquoted on parts over the phone and they still honored the price when I showed up.

These guys are a class act. Very helpful and often willing to go the extra mile in helping you figure things out. I've been going here for about 10 years now.

Santa was awesome and gave me piece of mind when my car was having trouble starting. He checked my battery and tightened the connector. All done with a smile and good humor.

I absolutely love O'Reilly. My favorite locations in St. Louis City are McCausland and South Kinghighway. Not only are they super friendly, they are very helpful as well - anytime I have needed to work on my car in their lot and needed a tool or even a loaner tool they are more than happy to assist AND they don't charge you to use the loaner tools on their lot, unlike Autozone. (I don't know if that is for all their loaners but so far the ones I have used I didnt have to pay to use it on the lot.) Also, they don't make you feel as though you have to rush to get off their lot. Anytime I have ever needed to refund or exchange a floor product or backroom part, they honor their warranties and refund policies so it is never a hassle. Yesterday I was at the South Kingshighway location, I needed a lot of help as I had to put a serpentine belt on my car as well as get my battery charged, I was in and out of the store for hours on end for their assistance and they never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. They are a very professional staff. You guys rock!

I got great service on an early Sunday morning when my key fob battery died and I could not start my car. I got what I needed with a smile and a handshake!

Todd is the best. Give that man a raise. He went above and beyond to help me with my battery that no one else wanted to help me with. He installed it on the spot in under 10 mins. Many thanks to you...you saved me a few dollars.

Employee Bobby was super kind and very helpful! Walked up as they were locking their doors and they took the time to help me and get me what I needed. Very good people!

Holy Cow, Jonah, who works at this location, is THE BEST. He went above and beyond to help me today. I overheated in Forest Park zoo bumper to bumper traffic. Jonah let me purchase coolant over the phone and then hand-delivered it to me. Not only that, but because Jonah is also a mechanic, he was able to assess my situation and tell me when it was safe to drive again AND gave me recommendations for where to go for a radiator fix. He could not have been more helpful. Without him the situation would have been much worse.

My daughter is a college student in St. Louis and had an appointment in Brentwood and when she came out of there her battery was dead. We are over an hour away from her and both working. She had roadside come give her a jump and I calling to check the status of the battery she needed. Chuck was super helpful and assured me that they had the battery she needed and that they would be able to take care of her (which meant removing the old and installing the new). They were able to remove her old battery and replace it with the new one. I would have had to take about 3 or 4 hours out of the night to find the right battery, drive there, and remove and replace the bad one. To me, that is above and beyond great service. Thanks again guys for taking care of us when we really needed it!!

Charles and Joe are the best. They saved me time and money getting me the parts I needed and could have easily sold me other parts that weren't necessary. They took the time to work through the issue on my jeep and got me what I needed. The professionalism and the care they showed is unrivaled. Thank you!

Great customer service from the time I walked through the door from the time I checked out. Even after that the jolly fellow with the big white beard installed my windshield wipers with care.

I can't thank the staff who worked the night of 2/6/2020 enough. I wish I caught their names (I think one was Charles??). One of them came outside right away to help pry off an old, nasty battery, as well as assist with replacing our starter. They let us borrow lights and tools as well. Their advice and assistance saved us $100's. As frustrating as car trouble is, they really helped make it a great experience. Thank you!!!!

We had a heck engine light ran for us. The gentleman who came out in a denim vest was amazing and super helpful. Explained our codes out in great detail as well as giving us an idea of what could have triggered the issue.

Very helpful staff. Was so excited to hear that they would take out my old and install new battery. Something that would have taken me quite a bit longer took them all of 5 minutes, in the cold windy snow, too. Thank you

"Santa" and the rest of the guys were life savers. My serpentine belt broke .2 miles away from the store. My a/c compressor locked up and there was no way were making home with putting the original size back on there. We were 70 miles from home and stuck. They put there heads together and found a belt to bypass the compressor. So my family and I were able to drive our car home instead of leaving it somewhere overnight and having to find someone to take us home. We are super thankful and we will go out of our way to go there just for the good service. Thanks.

Always helpful employees. They are stellar when it comes to finding what you need and giving advice. They will loan you tools or even lend a hand to replace the part you purchase there. Their recommendations are always spot on. Customer service is top notch.
