L.L.Bean

It was really great to go into a retail establishment that is flourishing. It took me back to other times, when the staff was friendly, helpful, and the store was bustling with people. This was my experience at this L.L. Bean location. We were greeted at the door. We asked for direction, and she helped us right away. While we didn't find the size in the color we wanted, we were able to locate it on line and purchase my wife's new jacket, one of Bean quality that will last het many years.

Extremely friendly staff. Beautiful displays. Clean, clean, clean throughout the store. A great variety of merchandise from pet products to outdoor survival. All this store would need is some live animal or fish on display, and my day would have felt like a daycation.
L.L. Bean is a first-class operation, and although pricey, you get well made high quality merchandise that last. I have a L.L. Bean winter jacket that is now 24 years old and is still as good as when brand new.
If getting to the store is not possible, try their website. Another 5 star operation. Their variety, availability, and range of sizes are amazing.
As you can tell, I recommend a trip to this store for a great experience.

A winter jacket i purchased less then a year ago from Bean was stolen last time i was at the gym and i really liked that jacket. I went there today and purchased a replacement. I mentioned to the cashier what had happened and she very graciously gave me a coupon for an instant $10 off the purchase of the coat. Having to purchase a replacement jacket so soon was a little painful until Julie did that. Thank You Very Much!

Going to LLBean is always a good experience. I just wish that I had more money to get EVERYTHING that I want.
2 weeks before Christmas it was getting a little crowded, even at 12pm when we went.
I have been going there since they opened and will alway go back to see what's new.

Still tough to park here as Christmas gets closer but all registers open so the long line went quickly. Made a fast, hassle free return from an online order.

Good quality merchandise. A little pricey but the shoes, clothing, and camping supplies are sturdy and durable.

This L.L. Bean location is a fantastic spot to get most of your outdoor items! They always have friendly staff available for help. Their fitting rooms are always clean. They also have the ability to ship to the store for free if you want something that isn't in stock! I love this store!

Phyllis with a PH, lol! Every time we have gone back we remember the greating during Christmas time while picking up a monograph bag! Phyllis made us laugh that day.

Since this specific store opened in CT, it has remained my favorite place to shop. It has a nice rustic feel to it with clothes, kayaks, and other goods that create an air of nostalgia for youth well spent with family well loved. The quality of the clothes is also top notch and long lasting.

Worth the trip from anywhere. Found many pieces on clearance. Best one hundred dollars spent.

I had such a pleasurable experience here. I had to exchange a pair of boots because I didn't like the height. Not only did they set a shorter pair aside for me over the phone, but when I got to the store they were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have shopped at LL Bean many times over the years, but the staff here was the best I have encountered yet. Keep up the good work and congrats to the manager for leading such a seller crew!

What a lovely store. Unfortunately there inventory is terrible sold out of so many things.

I needed a hat to keep the sun off my shiny area. I said, "we can go here, and we could go there." My wife says, "we will be near Bean's. Let's try there." So we did. I found and bought two great hats, some car rack foam for the kayak, and a new belt. I'm not sure she will recommend Bean's next time...

Ordered slippers online for my adult son. They came in two days of my online order thank you and he was very happy and satisfied with his moccasin slippers. I’m sure he’ll be wearing them for many years how old being a satisfaction guaranteed.

Everyone is always so helpful and willing to spend time answering questions or will help you find something you are looking for even when it is busy. Always a great experience.

Always helpful top quality gear backed by the LL bean code of quality. Updated 3/27/22. Sadly llbean no longer stands by all their products even if they are defective and fall apart. I would not buy another rain jacket from LLbean. The jacket disintegrated when it got rained on. I can't recommend it for backcountry survival equipment. When your life counts on high quality gear, it's not worth the risk. I'm thankful that i got soaked on a local hike and not in a mountain...

This L.L.Bean's layout is easy to navigate yet fun to explore. All sales associates are welcoming and friendly -- it is clear that providing excellent customer service is a top priority to them. They have a huge selection of clothes that can get a little overwhelming, but the apparel is well-organized. It is easy to find what you are looking for. The sales racks didn't have any notable bargains, but that's what the L.L.Bean Outlet is for! I'm a repeat customer here and always will be.
