Staff was super helpful. A very nice sales associate helped me find what I was looking for. She then offered to box and bow them for Christmas 🎄 So unexpected and just wonderful.

I went in on a Saturday for a suit to my Thursday interview. Anna was immensely helpful. She immediately found the slacks in my size, but could not locate a blazer if the same size. She tried a size up and acknowledged it was too big. She proceeded to call two other stores and found the blazer I needed and placed it on hold for me. Two days later I received a card from her wishing me luck on my interview. She truly went above and beyond. I will return to shop at Talbots because of her.

I love this place! The clothes are tasteful and high quality. I always find something(s) I can't leave without purchasing. The employees are very attentive and will bring in an other sizes or design that fits better. It is a rare store that gives you individual attention anymore. I had Megan helping me in S. Windsor, CT. She was very kind and attentive. Stellar costumer service!

I had a wonderful shopping experience yesterday at Talbot's. The sales clerk, Adria went above and beyond to help me. I left there feeling very happy with my purchase. They are very lucky to have such a wonderful and accommodating sales clerk! Also, very happy to see less merchandise from China👍

I had the most wonderful experience shopping here. The sales lady was really good and nice. She helped me in getting some nice tops for my Christmas party. I have been to so many stores and I never have never experience such warmth. I would come back to the store again and I would also recommend this store to my friends.
