I want to give special recognition to a lady who, every time I go to the store at location in Manchester CT takes excellent care of me with kindness and desire to help me get what I need for myself and my family. Her name is Rosa and she is special. Rosa always that I visit the store goes above and beyond and really takes care of us as valuable clients. I really hope that she gets recognized and for your company to know that has a real caring and special person that is a great addition to the company. It really matters in this times that we're living for company's to still have valuable people like Rosa who works every minute to exceed the customer satisfaction and also watch for the company's interest. Take good care of her because workers like her are in danger of extinction.

Went there to get my son a tux for college for his music program performances.. they were ALLLLLL super helpful. Measured him up , helped pick a tux , shirt , socks , shoes and bow tie. All of it for under 300 bucks !!!!

My first time shopping here was about four weeks ago. I needed a suit for a wedding that week and Rosa, the salesperson, was so helpful, thoughtful and made my experience so easy, from now on, I think I’ll grab all my suits from here. I came in last night to exchange a pair of work pants and she remembered me. Goes to show she takes her job seriously and loves helping people.

I was greeted with a smile and was helped finding a suit. Very friendly and professional from picking clothing to fitting and cash out. Prices are great and quality is very good.

Came yesterday, bought a suit and shirts for my son. Unfortunately the shirt was in a package with a mislabeled size. We called the store not only did they exchange it they did a courtesy press knowing that we needed the shirt for today's. On top of that they turn around and gave us 20% off that previous order. For our inconvenience of having to go back to the store. It's amazing to see good customer service again in the world. I highly recommend this place to anyone. They go out of their way to make things right.

3/4/2023 went to K&G today to get a suit for a wedding was my first time in there. A very nice women named ROSA took the time to get me the right size and color suit for the wedding. I am so happy to have met her and get her help. She was so nice and friendly such a big help she made this so easy to do and even teached me how to tie a tie amazing lady that helped me big time glad I met her today. THANK YOU ROSA YOUR THE BEST

Rosa was the most charming, warm, and very professional Sales Consultant!!
She was very polite and took her time to explain about what was on sale, she even help me to identify the exact measument for my suit!
Rosa will not tire as I did ask her many questions. She even showed me the clearance section to see what was available.

I went into K&G the day before Christmas to purchase a suit for church. I asked a salesperson to direct me to the suits and that is when one of my BEST sales experiences began. I was greeted by Alpha, an extremely pleasant sales associate. She not only showed me where the suits were, she stayed by my side and assisted me through the entire purchase. She gave her professional and personal opinion as I tried on several different styles. I ended up purchasing THREE suits (with alterations) and TWO pair of shoes all because of her effective sales approach. I wouldn't hesitate to visit this store again ESPECIALLY if I could work with Alpha again. She deserves a promotion and a raise! Now I will be the sharpest dressed person at church! It was a wonderful experience. Since many of the stores that used to carry men's suits and sport coats have discontinued. It was nice to see a very good selection. And the salespeople were very attentive and helpful.
