My old Carhartt J97 jacket had a broken zipper. While shopping for a new one I was advised by Rob, the salesman, that Carhartt would probably fix it no charge. He shipped it out for me and I got it back yesterday with a new zipper! Lost a sale but kept a customer.

Really great store and employees! I stopped in yesterday and was immediately greeted. Store was well-organized and clean. Matthew O. helped me find what I was looking for and also knew a lot about Carhartt products, which helped me a lot when making my purchase! Definitely will be back!

They have most Carhart clothing you could want. Mostly, go for the clearance items. You need to hit it at the right time. Usually, changing of the season is best can get great deals then. The employees are helpful and nice there.

Great experience at Carhartt in Evergreen Walk S. Windsor CT last Friday December 2nd. Jordan was super helpful and pleasure to deal with. I was able to get three pairs of pants that I’m extremely happy with and was out of the store in less than20 minutes. Excellent overall customer experience

Who knew this clothing wasn’t only for the construction workers… mind blown I got some great jackets from there and they are so cute and easy to be styled. Everyone there is amazing they will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase(s). Readily available to help, answer questions and order online what they possibly don’t have in stock. The store is always kept beautifully, neat and everything in order. A very welcoming environment with a welcoming staff!

Great store! Very clean and well organized. Every rack we looked at was well stocked with every size! I’ll definitely be back to shop more.

Decent prices, very good employees. The employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They arent pushy like the employees at most clothing stores. They are very good at making suggestions that fit the customers needs instead of gravitating towards the most expensive product. I have bought here before and will again in the future since it is nice to see the product in-person and try it on, something you can't do when ordering online.

I went here just to look around but I was approached by one of the managers, Andre, he was amazing. After talking to him I walked out with the cutest little Carhartt coat and hat for a birthday gift for my nephew. Go check them out and ask for Andre!

I've gone here plenty of times. Sure there isn't a huge selection in the store. But they do the best they can with the space they have provided and I can't ask for much more then that. They seem to retain employees which is nice because I've seen just about every employee and recognize them all, so it's not like some stores where employees get replaced all the time. I've always had great service there. It's nice to get a discount because I have a company signed up with them. Overall it's a wonderful place to go especially if you live close by, and want to buy chocolate from Munsons which is literally the store next to it.

Love everything Carhartt. They have all the newest stuff. This time I bought a pair of Carhartt leggings. Looking forward to wearing them in cooler weather. Also bought an adorable overall and t-shirt set for my nieces baby as a gift and my niece loved it. Was so excited for Isabella to have her first Carhartt outfit with a poñy on the t-shirt no less.

Everytime I go to the South Windsor location I am greeted by friendly staff and I get all of my questions answered! The store is always clean and put together very nicely! I like to try cloths I am interested in on before I make a purchase. This store has a great product offering and the staff is really friendly. Dressing rooms are usually pretty neat and accessible. They even offer a discount for business owners. I know I can get Carhartt gear at other places like Tractor Supply - but I will buy my gear here.

Great C store friendly workers I ❤ me a good sale I drive up from the shoreline but hard to find the carhartt loose original fit size 33x30 pants after spending over $300. I got a $50. Gift card Thanks
