I recently came into Banana Republic the other night with my girlfriend to look for dress clothes for myself, and we were greeted by an employee named Reagan. She helped us find clothes that we were looking for, and if we couldn't, she suggested alternatives that actually turned out to be better choices! I felt terrible because we were there just after the store had closed, but she assured us that it was no problem at all, and that she wanted us to walk out of the store with what we were looking for. Her energy made the store a welcoming place, along with the other staff, and we'll be happily returning if we need to get anything else from there in the future.

The store had what we were looking for, and it was well organized, although prices sometimes seemed a bit high for things that we could easily find elsewhere.

Such a pleasant shopping experience. Clean and organized. All of the sales associates are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Amy!
