Great food, great price, and diner atmosphere!

We came here for breakfast and ended up leaving very fulfilled with the experience. Our waiter was incredibly personable and treated his consumers like friends. Everyone in the diner knew each other and made the atmosphere welcoming. Our food was pretty good and well worth the price.

Wow wow wow first of all RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN HERE. This restaurant has a menu with over fifty selections. I had a very satisfying breakfast. My care coordinator ROSEE was an absolute angel. I had an appointment at 10 am in Bristol but noticed the Main St. Diner on my bus. I was glad I stopped there. 10 out of 10 stars in every category. Even the rest room was super clean and well stocked. Good place hands down!

The last time I was in the area I drove over an hour and waited around ten minutes to be able to sit down not only because they were super busy but more importantly because I know their food is so good I would have waited another hour if I had to. The smells alone are enough to drive someone’s brainwaves and tastebuds into a pure bliss that is only obtained by the most amazing of things! The atmosphere was exactly as you would expect for around mid day on a Sunday in one of the greatest spots ever, packed full of happy people and a wait staff that is an absolute pleasure to watch operate. I swear they move like a well oiled machine only way better! I can only imagine how everything looks behind the scene and after experiencing the final products I’m left to believe it’s a display that matches the energy and precision we get to witness out front. My go to has always been a breakfast chimichanga usually with bacon and ham but they do also offer sausage as well. I can not express enough how amazing I find it and the worst part, for me at least, is someone else may think they can make one but I’ve yet to come across anyone who can even come close to the absolute magic that comes out on the plate when you order one from here. My only regret is never giving them a chance when I lived right down the road. Now I am far away and coming here is a rare treat. Don’t be like me. Go there every chance you get. You will not be disappointed

Such a cute old-fashioned diner, and the breakfast and service are fantastic. Recommend anyone to have breakfast or lunch there. I give them a 5 🌟 star.

We found this place after our first place fell through but honestly we were glad it did. This tiny little dinner is a blast from the past and the food was amazing. The next time you are near Plainville I highly recommend grabbing breakfast or lunch here!

This was our first time in this dinner. We’re from Bridgeport, CT, but we were traveling snd decided to stop by this dinner. It’s such beautiful Dinner with a 1950s-1960s looking which I really loved! The food was really good & coffee excellent. The waitress was very attentive & kind. Our first time visiting Plainville went really good! Definitely going back to this Diner!

I absolutely love this place. A mother & son run it, and they do a great job. They are like by everyone, you walk in, and they greet you always with a smile, small talk, and work hard. My husband and I eat out a lot, and they are a little on the pricey side, but worth it.

This place was so cute. It reminded me of an old retro diner from the 60s. Our waitress was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire meal. The food was fast and had big portions. I would highly recommend.

This is my main haunt with my wife. Definitely one of the best diner experiences in the area. Staff on weekends is especially friendly ( that’s when we go usually) Tabitha and Isaiah are super chill.

If there was anything to nitpick, it’s a small place (which is also part of the charm, because it’s an old school diner car) There’s 2 large booths, 4 regular booths and a lot of counter seating.

If you go there at a busy time (like 10 AM) you might wait be waiting for seating and food for a while. When things get busy they are juggling Doordash orders with a packed house - so that can get a bit hectic. But it also speaks to how good they are.

Like stepping back in time when everything was simple and food was made of food and made for eating. Everything tastes so good 👍 😋

I usually don’t like diner food so I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Between my husband and myself we had pancakes, biscuits, French toast, eggs. All very light and fluffy like homemade. Staff was also great. Very attentive and eager to please. They turned visitors into regulars today.

The omelet was perfectly cooked (not burnt) just perfect 💗

We had an outstanding experience! Erika took great care of us. The place was tidy, well-decorated for the holidays, and our food was hot and delicious. Ordered a customized breakfast sandwich and my lady got the veggie omelette! Both came out stellar, but what gave this place 5 stars were the amazing home fries! They were crispy and seasoned to perfection. Knocked it out of the park and we will be back!
