Delicious food. Some of the best food ive ever had. Potato salad was amazing and vinegary. Mac and cheese was nicely spiced. I would recommend the grilled cornbread with sausage gravy definitely.

It was in a plaza with lots to do, barcade, axe throwing, local brewery.

Not the greatest location or ambiance but the food and quality make up for that and then some.

Some of the best BBQ and smoked meat I have ever eaten before. Very flavorful and juicy. The meat is cooked to perfection and the sauces are amazing.

I have been to South Carolina and Virginia and have tasted the best they have to offer known by locals and this place rides up there with the best of them.

Lovely gem to visit if you get the chance.

This place is awesome, very delicious . I will go back I had the brisket and it was tender and mouth watering. The mac and cheese is wonderful along with the coleslaw. Everyone there was so nice and wonderful even the owner greeted every table and talked to us. He was wonderful also. If you get a chance try it out you won't be disappointed.

Staff are really friendly, Chris is quite often there and he is an amazing chap. Food is simply divine, and if you’re lucky enough to dine in, you will see how busy they are which is an indication of how good they are. I have the triple burn ends with sides of mac n cheese and beans. Awesome.

11.19.23 my 1st time here. Lots of parking. The bbq smell when you walk i. is amazing. We sat in the bar area and had a great, overall experience. The food was delicious and I'll definitely go back.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while and today I was in the mood for fried chicken, so the decision to go here was easy.
I had the country fried chicken. It was tasty, but a little pricey. It came with only one piece of chicken, but it was hot and tasty. It helped that it came with 2 sides, which were a decent size, which kind of makes up for only coming with one piece of cut.
We met Chris. Our server Elayna was great - loved her attitude. She did a good job… Also met Chris and believe he is a good dude.
All the food was just great!

Awesome place with great food and an excellent service. We had the ribs and they were finger liking good!! Definitely recommending that place!

For quite some time I’ve been visiting Smokin’ With Chris with my friends, and I must say, you can’t beat the quality and pricing here.

I usually order the brisket burnt ends and it’s quite a lot of meat. Each bite more satisfying than the last. Not to mention, with that meal you get two sides, and being that all their sides are great tasting, you’re in for a real treat.

The staff are very nice as well. I’m a big believer in quality customer service being the glue that holds these places together. Both Katy and Aaliyah have waited my table numerous times. On a biweekly basis 3-5 of my friends and I meet up here and they’ve been excellent, friendly, and on top of things every time.

The nice part is, at the end of your meal you’re given the check and upon looking at your total you gasp. Not because it was so expensive, just the opposite. You can’t imagine in what strange and beautiful world food of such flavor, variety, quantity and quality could be wonderfully priced.

I highly recommend this place, and hope you enjoy your visit as well.

Food is very good and service is excellent. Ordered food for a party of 20 and everyone loved it. Had some people who now enjoy BBQ! When I picked up the food, it was ready, hot and even had staff help me bring to car. Would highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Always an amazing experience when visiting this place! We got a variety of food, and everything was delicious! The wings are a must - I ordered them crispy and they accommodated my all flats request no problem! The brisket was 🤤 and the pulled pork was phenomenal. Service was great too. Cucumber salad, baked beans, Mac and cheese, all on point! Highly recommend!

Chris and his team are fantastic! Always a great experience with incredible food! A few of my favorites are the brisket, creamy coleslaw, and mac and cheese! On top of this they do soo much for the local community. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

What an incredible dining experience! Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our dining experience - the food, beverages, staff, and speed of service were superior!

The appetizer shown is the Grilled Cornbread with Southern Pork Gravy (jalapeño cornbread). Gigantic portions and amazing flavors!

Lunch also consisted of the Shredded Rib Sandwich and the Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese Wrap. Each bite was well-balanced and speaks to the care in the kitchen.

Every person we interacted with: hostess, wait staff, barkeep- all friendly and considerate.

This is a joint to visit and return to!

Smokin' with Chris is a great BBQ with a surprisingly large menu. They have standard BBQ items like ribs, burnt ends, and pulled pork, but they also have more surprising items like jambalaya, Shepherd's pie, and chili (yes chili as an entree, not an appetizer). I went with a group and tried four or five different items they were all extremely good! I would recommend them over many other BBQ places, especially with the group as our order came out extremely quickly. They also have some great mixed drinks to choose from, and all of the serving staff we talked to were extremely knowledgeable on the different cuts of meat and items on the menu, which is actually somewhat rare for many of these barbecue places.

I ordered the country fried chicken with meat gravy, Mac and cheese, and cole slaw. The chicken was crispy and juicy and the gravy complimented it well. I LOVE their cole slaw which is thinly sliced.

Other food pictured were my friend’s orders. They seemed happy with their food!

This restaurant has a great patio outside too!

I had the smoked meatloaf dinner with Mac and cheese and collard greens as my sides. Had a few glasses of Dr. Pepper to wash it down. The meal was more than I could eat that day. Took home a pinwheel and made a tasty sandwich the next day. They use a good BBQ sauce and I'm not a fan of it. Not sweet tasting like that store bought brand that everyone thinks is good. I enjoyed the music playing in the background that was loud enough to be heard but not interrupting your conversation.

Loved this place. We went for lunch on a Sunday. It was fabulous, it was so nice to have a waitress who really seems to love her job. She was so cheerful and made great suggestions of different menu items. I had the beef brisket burnt ends and the pork belly burnt ends. They were delicious...if u like sweet bbq the pork belly would be for you and if you like smoke the beef brisket would be right up your alley. The meal was reasonably priced and delicious.

Best BBQ food around! I’ve been going there for 6 years and don’t have a complaint yet. The corn bread is always a favorite along with the chili and Mac and cheese. The brisket, burnt ends and ribs are amazing. The staff are always so nice and friendly. Truly a great place to visit!

We ordered bbq meatloaf and smoked and grilled rib with fries, bbq beans and cucumber salad for sides. Service was excellent service (explained how food would be prepared), food was delicious, prices were fair. Good selection of draft beers. Great experience!

Since I've moved to Connecticut about 10 ,yrs ago , this is my go to spot for good bbq and smoked meats. I lived in Memphis TN for years so I know my smoke and Chris has got his craft down. I recommend pretty much anything on the menu and especially the hand cut fries they are worth it!
If you've never been come and try it you won't be disappointed.

Best BBQ I've had in a long time if ever! If you haven't been it's well worth trying out. In addition to the amazing food the staff was friendly and seating was available inside, on the patio or at the bar. Parking was a bit limited.
