I traveled to this place because im told it has a huge selection of different brands of shoes. My foot is wide and I need stable shoes. It's not an easy combination to have. Came in and started looking right away. A woman asked if i needed help. I said yes. A gentleman came over and was my shoe helper the entire time. He got the shoes I wanted, and you sat down, and they put the shoe on for you. For someone who has a difficult time putting on shoes, it was so nice to have the help. Great experience. He was their the whole time for me to find the right shoe for me. Then my boyfriend decided he wanted a pair too, the same thing he got his own helper. Love that. ❤ Finally, we found the right shoes. The two men and the woman made sure we had a great experience and said goodbye. Ya, that doesn't happen anywhere, lol. Especially at a shoe store. Usually cannot find someone to help you. I'd definitely recommend this place and come back again. The shoes are pricey, but you honestly pay for what you get. I got a blk, wide, sturdy pair. It's not the prettiest, but at this point, I don't care. It's all about comfort.

So, after discovering the store I had purchased my last two pairs of shoes has closed down and having stopped at half a dozen stores yesterday and finding nothing but poorly fitting shoes, I finally ended up here. This is because my mother-in-law suggested it... she is awesome!
Anyway, I walked inside and was quickly greeted by Mark who was able to make some corny jokes, measure both my feet. In no time he asked me what I needed & it was determined I was interested in buying two shoes as well as my use and style. He brought out a couple of options (color and style variations) that fit me very well...
We went over the price and realizing it was right in line with what I paid at my old shoe store, I agreed to buy them and was out of there in no time very happy with my purchase and with the fact that I have a new shoe store.
Worth mentioning here is the fact that these are top shelf shoes and not some pleather garbage that fits poorly and are uncomfortable. These shoes are comfortable right out of the box. If you are having a problem finding shoes in your size, I recommend checking out this place.
As they say, If the shoe fits, it's from Footprints...

They have a large assortment of sizes brands, the staff is very helpful. I have plantar fasicitis and they were very helpful with arch supportive devices and shoes to go along with them. Support a local business ! Jeff Benzos is rich enough. Oh and they love my dogs !

My Wife was looking for a new pair of walking shoes for a trip to Maine. Footprints had plenty shoes to try on. The salesman Jason was very helpful. He found a great pair of Brooks leather walking shoes for her. He made sure they fit her properly. She's very happy with her purchase. Would recommend this place for shoes jewelry etc.

Footprints offers the personal attention that is hard to find these days. They have a good selection of shoes for men, women and children.

I went to two different stores looking for a pair of shoes with no luck at either store. I'm with my friend who suggested Footprints Shoes and Accessories. I've never heard of this store before. We walk in and find 2 different types of shoes that I liked. I asked the store associate for these 2 pairs in my size. He walks out with one pair in my size and he helps me put it on, and ties them up. "Bingo" they fit very well. What a great experience in such a short amount of time. I'll be going back and recommend given them a shot.

You can really feel the difference in quality and comfort with the brands they carry. Not the largest selection for men's (that would be my only critique), but if you know what colors you like, there are good finds/sales. I want to give recognition to David, as he was extremely helpful with recommendations and styling. Overall a great shopping experience & something for everyone.

Footprints is a spacious, beautiful store with plenty of salespeople to help you. It has an old-fashioned shoe store atmosphere which is hard to find nowadays. They have a vast selection of brands, many of which were new to me. I have a very narrow foot and it took a lot of tries, but with the help of one of the salespeople I was able to find some great sneakers. They seem to carry narrow through extra wide sizes. There is also an adorable children's section with a slide and a tropical fish aquarium. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

I had a great experience with Miriam today, she helped me find the perfect pair of sneakers for my right problem foot LOL. I had metatarsal fractures, and suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and Tailor's Bunion on my right foot now. This is the place to go if you have any foot problems! Yes, you pay more for a high quality shoe, BUT so worth it! I can walk comfortably now, no pain at all, and I'm so happy!

Our son wears AFOs and needed new shoes for his new braces. Bruce was excellent in helping our IDD son. He was patient and understanding of our needs. Very accommodating. The New Balance sneakers we got were 6E, not sure we would find those anywhere else in the area.

Customer service is alive and well at Footprints! David went above and beyond to make sure my husband got just the right fit. This is now our go to shoe store. Prices are reasonable for such good quality shoes. Thank you David!!

Shoe shopping heaven! Steve made this the best experience. He knew exactly what to recommend and my feet felt like I was walking on clouds. Customer service that I thought didn't exist anymore! Foot Prints and Steve made me feel like the most important person and the only one in the store.

Footprints shoe store, and especially Joe who works in the kids footwear department, he is the best! He's so kind, helpful, patient, a really nice guy! He has become like a member of the family to myself, my son, and my grandsons! Joe, the kids shoe expert! 👍👍❤

I wear a size 11ww. Needless to say, it's not easy to find shoes in my size plus add in foot injuries and issues. This place is great. Staff is knowledgeable and helps you find the right shoe. Worth the drive.

I totally love this store! Everyone nice and have cute shoes. I always buy my kids and myself shoes here. I need comfortable shoes for my job and the staff there are very knowledgeable about feet problems, they suggested a better insert for my shoes and got into this device the measure your feet arch and match me with a great insert which it has been wonderful, feels walking in the clouds...lol

This is my go to shoe store. High quality shoes. You're waited on by a salesperson individually. The pricing is a little high, but worth every penny. They specialize in wide, narrow, foot problems, etc. I highly recommend this shoe store!

Steve Caplan was an awesome sales associate. I needed new sneakers and was not sure what I wanted. After I explained what I would use them for, the first pair I tried on, was perfect. I love going to Footprints knowing that I get excellent service.

This is my favorite local store to buy shoes for adults and kids. They have great service and carry a huge selection of sizes, including wide. They carry only quality brands so their prices are higher than a store like DSW. It's worth it to shop here if you need personalized recommendations for difficult feet!

In fact, throughout the store, you actually have people to wait on you, and to make sure you have a proper fit. Athletic, casual, and dress shoes offered here. Top of the line, but worth it.
