Ashley Store

Angel greeted us right at the door, gave us a very quick run down then gave us space to look as long as we wanted without any pressure or being bothered. We really appreciated that. We were planning on visiting several stores today before purchasing a couch but found what we were looking for and at a price within our budget. Angel was able to work with us to find what we needed within the budget we were expecting. Good experience without being bothered on the showroom floor.

I went to this store location and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the facility was. Staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I was assisted by a gentleman named Angel, who was able to find the right coffee table to match my living room on the first try! Thankful I stopped by this location. Great team! Thanks, Angel!

From the moment I walked in the door, Cyd and her team offered an amazing customer experience. She was so professional, patient and kind! She made my experience easy. Her manager was wonderful at accommodating a free delivery! I appreciate them all so much and will be back !

Went in to look for couches, Jerry greeted us at the door and asked what we were looking for, he allowed us to browse without making us feel pressured or or like we were being watched over our shoulders. He checked in with us after a little while. There was no pressure from him to make a purchase and he was very friendly and personable. Had a great experience at Ashley’s! Right when we walked in the environment from the staff was comfortable and welcoming. As we walked around / settled on a couple of tables we liked Jerry was a great help! He listened to all of our comments / questions and got the answers we needed. Recommend!

I had Jerry help me this afternoon he was so courteous and very attentive, he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns! I asked if he was the manager and surprised to find he has only been with the store for a month or two! Awesome worker and a happy customer

This is our 5th time purchasing from Ashley over the past decade. We have purchased now 3 sectional sofas, a dining room set and a bedroom set. All items have held their quality and appearance so nicely. The prices are fairly competitive for their quality. Sales people don’t feel pushy or too eager to make a sale- just helpful and knowledgeable. We worked with James this most recent time and he was very willing to help us figure out plans, moving furniture around the store to help us create our vision.

Angel was fantastic and was very easy to work with. We felt informed of our choices for mattresses and feel comfortable with our decision. We can’t wait to try out our new mattress and give all the thanks to Angel!! We look forward to working with him in the future!! Thanks Angel!

I was greeted by Jerry who was courteous and very pleasant. He directed me to the areas where I would find Bedroom furniture. He gave me the opportunity to look around without hovering which I much appreciated. Jerry would check on me on and off. When I needed him he was right there.
I ended up purchasing a dresser and a nightstand which was my goal for the day. The pricing was exactly what I wanted to pay.
I will be returning and will make sure to look for Jerry again.

My girlfriend and I came in with specifics in mind on what furniture to purchase and we were greeted right away by Taz who was friendly, and extremely informative. She knew exactly where the pieces of furniture was that we were looking for and broke everything down so we could easily understand our options. She made the purchasing experience at Ashely’s a delightful one. Big bright smile with an excellent attitude. She was also very patient with us as we made our decisions which I appreciated. Angel was a great manager with a great attitude as well who was able to help with some pricing concerns and question’s. Overall an amazing experience and I would recommend working with Taz for any furniture needs at Ashley’s.

James and Jeanette were a HUGE help in helping us select the perfect bedroom set for my daughter. Very kind and patient. This is our third trip to the store and it gets better every time! We LOVE Ashley Furniture!

We were immediately welcomed once entering the store by a very professional and nice guy. Angel offered if we need any assistance and where to find him if we needed him. We wanted to walk around and see what they had. Once we had our selection he quickly offered to see which discounts were available for our selected ideas and walked us through ever step of the process of ordering. Great guy and would recommend to friends.

Everyone had smiles on their faces and they were all very welcoming. Taz assisted me with finding a dresser. She was very helpful but not overbearing. She had my invoice written up in no time and then brings me to customer service where Aimee took over. Aimee was very friendly and she took the time to make sure I understood what I needed to know about my delivery. Thank you all for the great experience.

We lost everything in a fire. I compared prices online for a few months and ended up finding what I liked and the best prices at Ashley’s. We visited our local Newington, CT store and worked with Ramon. He was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! He helped us pick the furniture that is right for us based on our age, health, room sizes and budget. We are so happy with everything Roman recommended and can’t wait to move back into our house with our new furniture!!! Ramon is the best and I hope he gets a raise and a promotion.
