Taylor literally saved the day. I got confused with how to configure my new couch, and Taylor helped me through the whole process!! Lovesac does care about their customers!!! I’m very happy with this purchase!! The couch is solid, comfortable and beautiful!! I will definitely recommend this couch and buy another set for my family game room.

Walked in on a Sunday night after countless furniture store trips without luck. We intended to just try them out and buy online but Tyler helped us and answered all of our questions and more. He had such an extensive knowledge of the product and company l. We decided to purchase same day and have No regrets. I highly recommend trying this before your uncertain of your next sofa purchase.

Lovesac has an amazing product. We bought from them a year ago and we've loved our Sactional ever since. The lead by their brilliant management team they are exceptional polite, informative, and easy going. You walk and out without feeling any pressure to buy only the desire to do so!!

I can’t express enough how happy and in love we are with our Lovesac. The entire experience, from checking out the store in West Hartford to researching and figuring out the config, to going back and actually buying the couch, was great. Everyone at the store was so kind and great to work with. It’s one the biggest purchase we’ve made as a couple, and we couldn’t be happier.

The guy was great and very patient. He literally spent 2 hours with us going over all of our questions, demonstrating everything we asked about, and overall did a comprehensive job. Seriously we walked in 45 till close, he stayed for almost 2 hours after his shift ended to assist us.

We shopped for entirely modular furniture at Lovesac as we have an older home and the doorways limit the size of furniture we can get. The furniture at Lovesac is both beautiful and comfortable. We are so glad we went there! We were helped by Bobbi and Cienna who were very informative, supportive, hard working and fun to work with. I needed to make a change in the order the day after we purchased. Tim responded smoothly and promptly to make our requested change. Everything has been beyond our expectations! Our furniture is anticipated to arrive this weekend, just 1 week after we ordered it. Check out Lovesac, we recommend this business without reservation.

Tyler was great. He let us figure things out at our pace, and the process that would probably take us a few days was able to be completed in one afternoon. Cannot say enough good things about the experience. This is our second Lovesac for that reason.

We had trouble getting our card to go through over the weekend and use the deal for myself being a teacher that was expiring on Monday. Tim from the West Hartford facility was absolutely wonderful. He helped us get the order set up through him, and when our card did not go through due to a bank maximum amount we can use per day, he save the discount and walked us through getting the purchase done on two separate occasions of having our bank not work out with the purchase. In the end we finally got the bank to work out and Tim was wonderful to work with. So far we are thrilled with the customer service we have received from lovesac and Tim especially.

We originally went into the store out of curiosity and were immediately impressed with the presentation and professionalism/friendliness of the staff. They were eager to explain how the system works, it’s functionality as well as it’s sustainability. It all makes perfect sense and the more we thought about it the more we were surprised no one else has come up something similar! We didn’t buy on the first visit but walked away impressed with a catalog in hand. After a few weeks of ruminating on it we went back and placed an order (5+7) and after participating in a scratch off ticket promotion, we got our covers for free. The purchase was still $3700 by the time we were done, certainly the most expensive couch we’ve ever purchased but the flexibility it offers, the ability to easily change covers if we do decide and the solid construction make this the last couch we should ever buy. It arrives on Friday, less than a week after placing the order. If my satisfaction is altered in any way, I’ll be back to add to this review. But right now I’m confident we made a solid purchase.

As their showroom is compact, we made reservations to come in and order. We were greeted at the door, shown the qualities of the item we wanted, and granted finding quickly. The two staff members were very helpful and pleasant. They didn't push any products on us, but shared passionately about items we asked about. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Cienna in the West Hartford store was amazing. She was so patient with our 5000 questions. We had our kids with us and she was also so patient with them as well. I can honestly say she was one of the contributing factors in us purchasing that same day. We had been to 5 other furniture stores trying to find a sectional and were feeling so defeated when we eventually made our way to Lovesac. The customization is so exciting and will be so much fun for the kids. And with most other stores looking at 16-20 week delivery times, the 1-2 weeks for Lovesac is just such a bonus!

Everyone at this location is AMAZING! Tom, the store manager is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. Had a great experience purchasing a Lovesac couch at this store. Highly recommend!!

Popped into the show room to feel the materials and get an idea of what size Lovesac we wanted to purchase. Dani was SO nice and welcoming!! Would recommend to anyone interested in any of their furniture to go see her!

Made an appointment as was advised. Our two salespeople were both fantastic, and had answers to all our questions and ones we didn't know we would have. The demo products in store are set up very well, and since the product is pretty customizable, being able to see the parts is great. Absolutely would visit again if we needed to add to our purchase.

Tom was absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledgeable about the product, trustworthy, and honest- the epitome of a superb salesman. We were skeptical at first of the product but after getting it home we ended ordering 2 more couches!!! Corporate should know just have valuable of an asset they have in him!!! I have owned my LoveSac for 5 years now and wanted to switch things up. I was lucky enough to have Tom answer my call . He is amazing and so patient and knows what’s best for each situation. My original plan didn’t make much sense and Tom was able to explain a more practical option. He is an absolute joy and I look forward to purchasing more from him in the future.

Visited this showroom recently and totally fell in love with the concept of their modular sectionals. The possibilities are endless as well as options as far as your personal design. Gentleman at the showroom were very knowledgeable about their product and very helpful. We love the concept and versatility of lovesac and will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

The store team was amazing. They spent a lot of time helping us configure the best options for us and siding pressure us at all. One of the best store experiences I’ve e had in years. The products are incredible and the service is equally so.

From the moment you enter a store, through the order process , to set up of delivery, love sac has been a dream.
