Absolute best! It doesn't matter if I call during work hours or email in the middle of the night, right after an accident for advise or just to renew, (and yes, I've done all those things lol) but there is always someone there to help me out and calm my nerves and always helping me go over everything whenever I want to find a better price if I feel like its time...If I could give more than 5 stars I would. You guys are the best!

My personal relationship with Dryden aside, he's the most helpful broker I've encountered. My boyfriend was getting the run around (and radio silence) from a dealer recommended broker when purchasing a certified pre-owned car. I took charge and contacted Dryden Insurance since I have my own homeowners and auto insurance through him. He broke down for me why the other broker was having an issue getting a policy together and instructed me on how to best get around it. Although we ultimately had to go directly through the insurance company's website, Dryden was immensely helpful and would 100% recommend him. In 6 months he'll have another happy customer.

I went through an absolutely tragic experience with a brokerage for automotive coverage which carried on for over a week and a half. Fortunately, I was pointed in the direction of Dryden, and what sat in limbo for nearly 2 weeks, was quickly resolved within an hour because of Dryden.

Great service, and great prices. I was paying way too much at progressive. Dryden Insurance saves me $75 a month and an addition $25 after I joined policies with my significant other. I’d recommend shopping here before anywhere else.

I called Dryden on Monday 3 weeks ago and spoke to Sara. I asked for insurance quotes for two autos and a personal umbrella policy. Sara told me she would have those for me that day or the next.
Getting no response, I called Dryden on Thursday. Apparently everyone was busy so I left a very detailed message receiving assurance that someone would get back to me soon.
Three weeks later: no response. (I give them one star only because I can't give zero for totally blowing me off.)
I called Progressive Insurance. Friendly, knowledgeable, and really good rates. I bought my insurance for two homes, two autos, umbrella and boat from Progressive.
