I had just come from urgent care.

I had 2 reasons to limit my time in the store.
#1 The doctor had just told me I had was contagious.
#2 I didn't feel well enough to stand and wait for prescriptions to be filled.

I called the pharmacy from the parking lot and she readily agreed to call me when the scripts were filled and limit my time in the store.

I also needed some Tylenol per the Dr. But I could only find Tylenol PM.

I asked for her help and she quickly retrieved two choices giving me the option of the caplets which are easier for me to swallow.

She had me in and out in no time, protecting other customers, and reducing the time I had to stand.

While my mom and I are both loyal customers of S&S for our regular groceries, we just used the pharmacy for the first time recently and just cannot say enough fabulous things about the entire experience! Unfortunately, my mom suffers from extremely severe asthma and literally relies on a handful of daily prescription medications just to be able to breathe. Even with health insurance, the costs of these medications are OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. As a retired widow, she no longer has any health benefits provided through a spouse or employer, and therefore is responsible for 100% of her monthly premium payments out of pocket. Living on a fixed income, there have been many times that my mom has had to do things such as: get a partial script and take a lower dose than recommended to try and stretch it out, pick and choose between her meds because affording all of them wasn’t an option that month, and has even had to ‘go without’ any number of various other things(i.e.-seeing her therapist), just so she could afford to buy the medicine that keeps her alive!!!! When we arrived at the Walmart pharmacy this month to pick up one of her meds (that has costed anywhere from about 25 to 60 bucks/mo. for the past 4 months or so) we were told that our total was OVER $500!!!!!! After calling 3 other local pharmacies, and vigorously searching Google for another discount code, the next best price I could find was still going to be over $280 at CVS....*****THAT IS UNTIL I FOUND A CODE GOOD FOR STOP & SHOP THAT APPEARED IT WOULD ONLY COST $12.68!!!!??!?!! Being SO much less expensive than ALL of the other pharmacies in our area, I initially thought there was just no way that it could be accurate.....so I called up the pharmacy at S&S and the rest is history!! The awesome lady I spoke to, Rosemary, was literally incredible. I truly could not say enough good things about her! She was super kind and very respectful, extremely patient, and there was no question that she most definitely knew her stuff— backwards and forwards! Rosemary went above and beyond her call of duty to help us & make sure that we got the best price possible. The entire experience was wonderful. My mom and I will both be using this pharmacy for all of our needs from now on. Way to go, Rosemary!!! If it was up to me.....you’d have already gotten a raise😉

They are great and always know who i am. I noticed the staff has changed and there has not been any drop off.

Employees are nice and helpful. If you can't find something in the medicine/self care aisle they are willing to help you.

Very poor attitude. Friday Nov. 10…Whomever was serving the public for flu shots was continually ranting regarding too many people waiting for flu shots. I called the day before and was told walk ins were welcomed. She said I can’t take anymore today. This was at 11:30 AM! I had no problem waiting, she repeated “no more today!”
There were three employees behind the counter trying to deal with her and customer care, attempting their best to be helpful.
