Stopped in today to have my wedding ring removed. Andy was wonderful and did a great job cutting my wedding set off my finger. Gave us a price to repair it and even showed us where he does the work. There's no sending it out to an unknown repair shop. We will be going here for all our jewelry needs going forward. Thank you, b&v.

I needed my wedding ring and mother’s ring sized down and knee right where to go. Andy and Tony were so helped and had my ring sized, finished and returned to me in no time! My rings fit perfectly and also came back to me cleaned so beautifully they looked brand new. Love B&V Jewelers! Always so professional and friendly.

Absolutely amazing service from beginning to happy end. What happens when you have been married 23 years and let’s say… are a bit larger even in your fingers? You have to get your wedding rings cut off. Andy joked and made me feel at ease and when we returned weeks later for a resize, my husband and I were in awe when he said he could have my rings remade in 45 minutes. Andy and his team did an amazing job sizing my ring from a size 9 to 11. As we get older our fingers get fatter. At least in my case. His team also polished my ring and had it looking just as it did when I first bought it 23 years ago! Highly recommend for a great experience! Thanks Andy

Andy has superb customer service and is extremely personable, knowledgeable in his business. I banged my ring and bent it. We brought it right over and they took it right away and worked on it (while also resizing and cleaning it)within 2 hours. Tony did an immaculate job. My ring has never looked better. I needed a wedding band resized. I stopped at another store and was told it would take a week. I stopped at B&V was asked to stop in Saturday. I dropped it off in the morning and it was resized same day. They also cleaned it up and it looks new.

Wonderful family and experience overall. Resized my wedding rings in an afternoon with careful attention to all of the 30+ prongs and it looks stunning! Andy & Tony are great people, very professional and knowledgeable!

I went into b&v jewelers to have a wedding ring cut off my finger. (The previous jeweler I saw said he couldn’t do it, it was in my finger for 31 years and there wasn’t enough space between my finger and the ring) Well Andy was so kind and got it off for me without any problems. He was so personable and friendly. Although I wasn’t in the market to purchase anything today, they very have some beautiful jewelry there. I am sure I will be returning in the future for purchases.
