Super Suds Laundromat

I haven't been in a very long time. I came today to get a few loads washed. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had gotten new washing machines! They worked great. Place was nice and clean.

I stopped in today with a big washable area rug that my dog had peed on and I had spot cleaned over time, but it was in need of a good washing. I asked the attendant for help, and she helped pick the right detergents for the job! The rug came out sooooo good! Excellent customer service! Clean facility! Fair pricing! Even toys for your kids to play with! I'll def be back!

Fantastic local laundromat that continues to be a dedicated part of the community year after year. The attendants are knowledgeable and caring, Southington is lucky to host such a dedicated crew. Whether you need help running a machine yourself, or are looking for a top-notch wash dry fold service, you won't find any better than Super Suds.

The customer service is absolutely amazing! Washers are $4.00 and Dryers are $.25 for 5 minutes.
I have never been to a laundromat before and did not know what to expect. I thought the washers were expensive (but maybe that’s normal pricing, I don’t know) but I really needed to do laundry. When I came back to switch over my laundry into the dryer, the clerk came over to tell me that there was an error message on my machine and water was leaking out. She switched some of my laundry to another machine and started it again while I was away. She was so nice and helpful, I told her I was on a time crunch and she was suggesting what I should do with the dryers to make it to my appointment on time. Again, super helpful and so nice! Didn’t blame me for the error message or anything even though it likely was my fault for not closing the door all the way. Thank you for a great experience

I had the cause to need a laundromat.two nights before vacation my washer died. Post vacation I returned home to a major house flood from the rain to once again need a laundromat. It’s been over 40 years since I’ve needed one. I was pleasantly surprised to find the establishment clean, in great working order with a lot of size options! The owner greeted me and assisted us in the operation of the machines. Post vacation I once again needed the services when my new machine was not delivered on time. Once again the establishment was clean, smelled great, and had an area you could read, watch tv, or play in for the kiddies. I will be donating books soon now that I know if the need. I utilized it to the fullest. It actually turned an unfortunate thing into a time for me to destress. The owner even put on some music and checked to see if it offended anyone lol. It was 50’s bebop. If anything it helped uplift me! I will definitely remember Super Suds and highly recommend them!!

I come to this laundromat every week and I’m very happy with the service I receive here. The building is always clean and bright. They offer drop off service which I find very worth it. When I come in to pick up my cloths it’s all nicely folded and ready to go.

The staff is so friendly and professional. Since the new owner I see a huge impact in how being treated well and given the respect they deserve shows . I want to thank all of them and the owner for the hard work and updates being made

Very friendly and fast reasonably priced service. Also extremely honest folks working there. I somehow left some valuables (cash) in my pocket and they made sure to call me to let me know and had it stored in an envelope. I love how well everything is sorted and folded and the extremely low price includes the cost of the detergent. Would highly recommend and am so appreciative of their hard work and integrity!

I've been going to Super Suds Laundromat for years now and love going there. The attendants are always very welcoming and offering help. If there's every an issue with a machine they've always given money back or paid for another machine to be used. In all the years I've gone here I've never once had any issues nor complaints regarding staff. I will still continue to do my laundry here in the future.

The place is really nice, front and back entrances make it easy to access. The machines are great I am coming here for my comforters and large stuff from here on in. Its a great bit of nostalgia with the classic laundromat feel without the sad dingy feeling, its nice and clean and the prices are very reasonable.

Chelsea is fantastic. She is extremely dedicated to her customers and her business. I'm excited to see her grow her business and support her community :)

Omg!!! Chelsea was so amazing, we left out clothes because of an emergency and wen we came back Chelsea folded the clothes for us and even found $5 that we know of . Amazing 👏 can't wait to come back.

Great place to wash your cloths, service is awesome and friendly environment also a ton of toys and books for the kids to play with while you wash.

As a new customer, I am very pleased with Super Suds. This establishment has plenty of washers and dryers, all immaculately maintained. All of the attendants are helpful and friendly. I even get a complimentary copy of the Sunday paper to read while I'm doing my wash! I highly recommend Super Suds.

super suds attendants are extremely helpful. i am somewhat handicapped and they always make sure i have the help i need.
if i bring my wash to be done or do it my self, they (fran and sam - matt too but he is gone) are great.
give them a raise!

I have been coming to super suds for a few years. Everyone is always helpful and welcoming. Wether you drop things off and the staff washes and drys them or you do your laundry yourself. A very clean place for people to visit.
