I have had policies through bankers life for 8yrs. As a single mom- I wanted to make sure my children are taken care, In the event something were to happen. My agent, Greg Mattern - has been servicing these policies and whenever I have questions or concerns he’s right there to answer them. The best part, as my circumstances change, I know there are options in the policies Bankers Life Carrie’s and I know Greg will make sure I have the best one to fit my family dynamics and needs.

Nara is extremely helpful she gives excellent customer service. She has a strong character, genuine compassion for other people she cares and is a true professional. She’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring, easy to talk with answering your questions. She goes over things so you can have a good understanding. When I need to reach her she returns calls or emails promptly. I highly recommend Nara and will tell everyone about her. She deserves more than five stars.

I had some investment questions after a big life change and needed investment help/advice. I worked with Charles Lee, he was a referral from a friend that he also worked with. He was very accommodating with meeting my scheduling needs and I’m so thankful for his time. He is very knowledgeable and I felt ‘safe’ opening up my financial situation with him. His advice was sound and I’m in a much stronger financial position today because of him! Thank you Charles, you’re an asset to your company.

Taylor has been such a great help in advising the best choices for our retiring years. He is 100% dedicated to his clients and always available at the spur of the moment . Taylor is very professional and knowledgeable of all our senior needs. So thankful he was highly recommended to us. Minka was very helpful and thorough explaining everything to me, by the end of our meeting I really felt that I understood the whole process much better! Excellent Customer Service from my representative, Roger Moss. He answered all of my questions and even drove out of his way to switch my coverage when I moved. When it didn't work out with my move, Roger gladly met with me to again switch over the plan. He never complained and took care of everything necessary for me to have coverage. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Bankers Life and their excellent service!

Wonderful company. I called to get information on my insurance and Robynne was extremely helpful. She was able to answer all my questions except 1. When she didn't have the answer she returned a call the next day with an answer. They really pay attention to your needs, wants, worries, and concerns. Some of my issues involved long term consideration and others almost immediate. He always was understanding, helpful, courteous and efficient. Before making a decision, Robynne listened to what I was saying, helped me to understand exactly what features I should be looking at in order to fit my personal objectives, recommending  customized solutions.  She also showed me why having coverage only through my employer benefits is typically not enough to ensure that the proper protection is in place.   I had an educational experience, with stuff that I honestly haven’t paid close enough attention to before this.
