Branif Scott was our broker for the sale of "Be Still River Ranch" in Columbus, Montana. He was outstanding in his attention to detail, follow up and effort to complete the transaction. Where do I begin? We relocated from Fairfield, CT to Sheridan, WY after an exhaustive search that included all of Wyoming and parts of Montana, Idaho, and South Dakota. Luck was on our side when we contacted Kevin Stowe with Fay Ranches. From start to finish he guided us to the perfect home!

Kevin educated us on all of the different climate and location (mountain, valley, farm, etc) options available in WY, his home state. His knowledge about our other areas of interest - bordering parts of Montana, Idaho, and South Dakota was just as impressive. If there was ever a question he couldn’t answer directly, Kevin went back to Neal and Cheryl (part of the team) and had timely answers for all of them.

He took the time to really get to know us by phone and figure out what we were looking for so we could have an efficient in-person visit to see homes that might work. His methods paid off to get us in exactly the right spot. And, it wasn’t even where we thought we’d end up! Cheryl and Neal were also amazingly supportive towards the end of our home search journey when Kevin was not available. We felt fully cared for and well informed throughout the entire process. We will be forever grateful to Kevin and his team for allowing us to begin our next chapter in the right place for us.
