Bruegger's Bagels

I visited Bruegger’s bagels today during a break in between daycare tours with my newborn. I had planned to get the smoked salmon sandwich, but at the last moment opted for the smokehouse brisket and egg sandwich, and it did not disappoint! I can’t believe how delicious it truly was! I had mine on a garlic bagel and I got extra of the jalapeño cream cheese. I don’t go to Bruegger’s bagels that often but I really hope they keep the sandwich on the menu because I would definitely order it again – I would love to try it on their various other bagels. I had great conversation with the staff, and the service was amazing! The only disappointment was the fact that they do not have a baby changing station in either of the bathrooms. It’s odd in this day and age for an establishment not to have a changing station for babies. That could be a huge deterrent for families.

To me, the best local bagel chain in the area. Lox Stock & Bagel is also great, but I can't walk there. This location is close to me, in the heart of West Hartford, and just makes good bagels! Definitely a good Sunday morning stop to grab something for you or the family!

I love bagels 🥯🥯🥯🥯 right now and there's a pack in my refrigerator I have asiago bagels. they put anything on a bagel you want vegetables and meats. I'm a veggie guy I love this spot they close early though you got to get them by 6pm I believe. I wish they stay open later. I guess in the summer time. Let's see what happens.this is a great place.

While I was not asking for anything, they worked hard to resolve this issues and I changed my review as that is a sign of a business that made a mistake and is working to ensure something does not happen again.

Review from 3/17: Hadn't been to Bruegger's for a while. I went there on Friday and got a bagel with turkey, lettuce and tomato. Got back to my office and was amazed to see 1 piece of turkey on there. I used to always think they put too much. Guess that has been solved by putting 1/3 as much as I would do at home. Maybe it was a bad day?

In and out quick with a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagle in under 5 minutes. Was solid, bagel seemed fresh. They did have signs posted on the booths saying that dinning in was not aloud, but I couldn't tell if they were actually enforcing it or just forgot to take them down. Would stop in for a bite on the go again.

I went in with my five year old today and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and their brisket jalapeño sandwich. Tasty. Best of all the staff; specifically the three ladies working being the counter were wonderfully pleasant, fun, and kind.

Won't go to any other bagel place. I had a complicated order and they went out of their way to accommodate. Their staff is always so friendly. They've got a forever customer in me! Also the bagels are great!

I stopped in yesterday for a dozen sesame bagels. They were sold out at the time but suggested if I could come back in 20 minutes they'd bake some for me now. Twenty minutes later I had the best bunch of bagels I'd ever had. All perfectly shaped and baked. Good tastin' too. Thanks for such good, friendly, pleasant service and yummy bagels too.

Great bagels, decent smears. Now they offer vegan spreads! Such a delightful treat if you or your loved ones want yummy bagels with a plant-based option. Breuggers is the only bagel shop around offering it, so they definitely top that list. Lines can get a little long on weekends, so plan for a bit of a wait. Call ahead for big bagel orders (more than a dozen).

Second time here in a week and even better today!

Perfect location for the freshest bagels in town. If they don't have what you like, it's probably because they're boiling it in the back. You can't get fresher than that. Great location to sit with friends and watch the world go by.

Loved my coffee and Breakfast Sandwich. I was able to sit near the window an eat quietly. The sausage chorizo egg on a multigrain bagel was awesome!!!! Having some diet restrictions that sandwich kept me full for a few hours!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ladies!!!!

Always great bagels especially if you catch them when they are warm. Friendly service and good coffee complete the visit to Bruegger's. Try the 5 cheese bagel with plain cream cheese, it's amazing

The everything bagels and coconut coffee were fresh and yummy!! The staff was friendly and very helpful! Excellent customer service and the facility was very clean! I will definitely visit again soon!

It was my first time going and the team members were very helpful. Nice and quiet in the morning and the iced coffee has flavors without being sweetened which I love. I would definitely go back.
