Char Koon Noodle Express

Great noodle dish, lots of food for the price. Friendly staff, very clean inside. Plenty of seating. Close to Amazon sites. Fast service perfect for lunchtimes. I would recommend it. If you like noodle-lishious foods with an asian flare, fast, hot and tasy come here!

Trying to kill time and got hungry so we randomly stopped in. The food we got was delicious. It’s a typical take out with small sitting place and ordering at the counter. Got wonran soup was clear plain both showcasing the wontons. Also got Char Koon special noodles which I loved!!

I work close by and order from them very often. They serve the most delicious Chinese food in the area. Some of my favorites are the House lo
Mein and Singapore noodles. There’s always so much of everything, and it’s is addictively delicious… I usually eat these by myself and then am so full, I feel I can be rolled away. It’s a great feeling.
They use very fresh, HUGE shrimp most of the time and they are not stingy with the meat. The fried scallops are also a nice treat, and so are the bbq pork ribs with white rice. I do not recommend the seafood soup, but overall, this is my favorite Chinese restaurant in CT.

We already started eating when I took these photos but we love char koon. We get beef with broccoli, chicken with broccoli, shrimp with broccoli, pepper steak, beef lo Mein, and sometimes chicken wings and crab Rangoon. I highly recommend these menu items

Hidden gem in Connecticut, place is clean in and out, food is very good. There is some dishes you’ll not see in other Chinese take out Restaurant, price is reasonable and inexpensive. I like the renovation, it makes this one stands out

Just wanted to leave a review and highlight the owners. I accidentally placed an order here, thinking it was to another location with the same name in Central PA (about 5 hours away) and they promptly canceled my order and refunded the full amount.

I got a noodle soup for lunch (#17 I think) it was served with a spring roll and came to about $11. Will definitely go to again.

Great food, fast service, very clean. Everything I've had here has been amazing. Well priced, large portions and exceptional quality. Unlike other places they will adjust spices and its delicious. Will go time and time again.

First time visiting this restaurant that was referred to me from work friends. I have to say this food is deilsh! Crab Rangoon amazing spring roll yummy and lomein and chowfun is super flavorful and beef is so tender! Will be going back

Medium spicy general tso’s chicken is our favorite dish, the steamed dumplings are always a hit as well as the dish with beef, chicken, pineapple, and green peppers, the name of which is escaping me now lol

We went here for the first time. Called ahead and asked if the house special coconut rice had meat because I don't like meat. They must not have understood because I picked it up and it had like every meat possible in it. I brought it back in and they very graciously fixed it and made sure they got it right for me. The food was phenomenal! We will definitely be back! The customer service is the reason I'm even leaving a review. They were amazing. I reccomend giving them a try!

Great food, fast service, authentic flavors. A must for anyone who wants good Asian food. The Sa Char Mei Fun is as good as it gets and is my favorite. Set up for take out, but they do have a small seating area.

Simple and what u expect. Everything was super hot and fresh. Not drowned in sauce and the fried dumplings are amazing

Best Yang Chow fried rice I've ever had. There was so much chicken, shrimp, pork and delicious fried rice. Try out this restaurant, I think it's the best in the Hartford/Windsor area.

My husband loves their chicken lo mein!! We like that they use more vegetables than just onions and peppers. It's further from our house, but its the only place we get Chinese food.

Best place for a fast take out lunch. Friendly staff who'll remember your typical order, General Tsao's chicken is good. Cheap prices for a large quantity!

Great food can’t lie… prices is just ridiculous now!! I used to order from here every other week used to deliver food for $15 .. now all of a sudden you have to order $20 worth of food just for them to deliver to you 🙄 .. most places is $10/15 to deliver they want $20 🤔 no thank you!

Char Moon has improved greatly in the past year
They were always good for basic Chinese take out but are now much better and the food seems more authentic
The menu is also updated with a large variety of regional dishes
We recently got drunken noodles and Malay curry both dishes were exceptional

This is a awesome restaurant. I love the French fries.<3 and all the other dishes are great! This place is also very clean in and out even the bathroom is clean. I totally recommend this restaurant!
