Amazing service! Sent an email requesting a quote and Marybeth responded in less than 24 hours. I purchased 3 personalized shirts for my sons 1st birthday party. Shirts are great quality and she did exactly what I asked for. She really went above and beyond!

I called Jimi’s custom print shop with a last minute two day return job. Not only did they come through but their work on my breast cancer capes were amazing. I highly recommend them. Great job and everyone loves the capes. I will use them again if needed. Awesome job

SPECTACULAR customer service! Changed out a shirt that I accidentally ordered in the wrong size. The nicest folks I've dealt with in a long time! I hope they stay in business and expand!

Customer service is great. Everything I order either for my children's birthday or family vacation the shirts come out exactly the way I like it and it's always done on time.

I ordered a sweater for my son for his school 9/1 and immediately $42 was taken from my CC. I have never received a sweater, and never any correspondence via calls, text, or email though many on my end. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Don't get shop there. I ordered uniform shirts for my son. Two weeks later, I stopped by to pick up the order, they don't have any record of my order. Not even apology, the owner is very rude.
