There are enough starts to give to Adrien P. for his excellent knowledge and superb attitude. The service Adrien provided for me for setting up my new phone was beyond and above any expectations. Thank you so much!

This store is very well organized and I was greeted right away as I walked in. I was on the phone and had online chat with AT&T and Verizon for hours for an account transfer issue I had. Jack W. helped me to get a new account set up and informed me about the next step.. After a few try with calling 611, my issue was resolved finally. Thank you for all the staff at the store in the morning of Sept 25 and especially Jack W.

David the manager was knowledgeable and patient. He was able to break down my plan and figure out what was best for me. I'll definitely be coming back!

You guys are patience personified; we are grateful for your dedication and kindness in assisting us in transferring an outdated account to AT&T, then adding a second line. The process was time consuming and a total pain: it had challenges; it involved account and password reset and a few calls for customer supports to obtain pin and verification; and yet your guys were able to make it happen and got everything working! Thank you again for your amazing support! FYI for customers who want to change carriers (I didn’t know this since I was with the same mobile carrier for nearly 13 years and this was my first time switching carrier) call ahead to get your account and transfer pin ready—it will make the process much easier.

Had some issues with my service for months, but no one could fix it, finally came in to this store. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped me within minutes and gave me some helpful tips to avoid any similar issues in the future. Very professional and nice people working there, will be my to go location now

Had a GREAT experience today !! Darren was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and friendly and truly took the time to help me with my problem ( took almost 2 hours being on hold / transferred etc ) and it was resolved with no issues And went above and beyond to make sure I had a good visit with them , and Natalie was super friendly! Her smile makes you want to smile which is always nice to encounter , hope to have the pleasure of working with her in the future . Best ATT in store experience I’ve had !

Darin Brown was super helpful. I watched him help several customers by himself; working hard to acknowledge each new customer and fulfil their needs. He was able to resolve my issue quickly. Thanks for the help!

When I received my iPhone 14 Pro in mail 3 weeks ago I needed help to set it up. I took my new iPhone to AT&T store located in Pruneyard. Jonathan was extremely helpful in answering my questions and helping me step-by-step to set up my new phone patiently. He told me if I need any help with my phone in the future he would help me. Therefore I would give him 5 out of 5 for his knowledge and professionalism.

Jonathan was extremely helpful in answering my questions and sorting out my billing issues that the overseas phone support couldn’t. After spending quite a bit of time with me, he finally got my billing issue squared away and my new phone set up. I give him 5 out of 5 stars for his service and highly recommend him as he is very knowledgeable.

Came in here expecting to just transfer over my line but ended up getting a new phone and transferring over my family! I worked with Maddie and Alfredo and they were SO helpful and SO very patient. I couldn’t make up mind as to what I wanted to get (phone/plan) and they had excellent customer service, great attitude throughout the entire process! Very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was also super clean and comfortable! Am definitely coming back to this location for all my ATT needs/help! If you come, ask for Maddie, she’s great!!!

I had occasion to visit this store on Saturday 2nd July and was greeted by Jonathan. I found him very helpful and he knew his job well. His attention to detail and help in navigating the best deal for me was exceptional. Highly recommend seeing him when you visit there.

I upgraded my parents phone three days ago in Walnut Creek and the No Sim was showing since the moment i left the store. I went to another store and they passed me to their technical team. After speaking with them for a good 6 hours, i gave up. 3 days after my dad went to the store in San Jose and luckily Zeus was there to help. He was professional and caring and listened to me and my dad and then started trouble shooting. At the end he figured out the issue and all worked out. Big Shout out to Zeus for his understanding and more importantly for the way he handled the issue.

I went to the AT&T store at the prune yard in Campbell. Zeus, the gentleman that helps me, was exceptional! Not only did he thoroughly understand the iPhone 13 Pro Max that I was there to get, he answered all my questions thoroughly. The standards of care and helpfulness was above and beyond! Zoosk is definitely one of the good guys!

Arrived close to 6 pm on Friday with my work phone not functioning. Even though Jonathan was about to clock out for the day, he sat down with my phone, searched for a fix until he found one, and saved me from being incommunicado at work on Monday morning. Attentive customer service. Many thanks!
