Chipotle Mexican Grill

One of the very few Chipotle locations I’ve been to recently that actually make the burritos as big as they used to be. Most Chipotle’s have been skimping over the past few years. Great to find one making them as good as they used to be!

I like this place very much. I have been eating lunch and dinner often. The quality of food is very good. Only beer is missing. Used to be. Bring beer back please!!! Strongly recommend.

Place was really busy. Preparation of my order was really quick. And my food was really good!

Love it here. The employees are friendly and helpful. Having a vegetarian option is a plus, too! It's definitely a family favorite.

We absolutely loved the delicious bowls and drinks at Chipotle! The staff was wonderful. Can't wait to go back. If you've never had a meal there, we highly recommend that you treat yourself. Yum 🍽🧋👍💯

I must say this restaurant has some of the most respectful people I've ever met and they work tirelessly in their committed roles. Awesome to be here eating right now. Thanks Chipotle your food always hits the spot.

Chipotle is my to go place. My most favorite American food chain. If you love rice related food this place can’t go wrong. ❤

Burrito bowl and steak quesadilla was delicious. Good service. It's a new location just opened.

Huge change from anyother manager that has been there in the last 3.5 years. Manger Gomez has made huge leaps in making the crew successful and the food better. I know this was definitely one of the worst chipotles in ct before he got here but now its looking to be getting close to #1 great job!

I’m in town for three months for work, & I eat chipotle probably four times a week while I’m traveling lol. My hotel is 3 minutes away from the Wallingford location, and about 22 minutes away from here. After visiting both a ton, I now drive the extra 20 minutes to come here every time. As a Chipotle fanboy I feel like I’ve earned the right to pass judgement- the Wallingford location is a nightmare for many reasons, but this place runs perfectly. Promote the SM, promote the KM, promote the GM.

It’s September 18th just ordered the sofritas plant based bowl! My favorite! Let me tell you… whoever the chief was tonight I suggest you don’t ever let him go. As for the rest of the staff as well! The food was way better than the other chipotles in CT. Just the right portion for each of my selections too! The staff was very friendly.. double bagged everything, this crew is doing amazing!

Had an awesome experience with Noah and Tiffany today! They were so friendly and helpful, fun, and their customer service was A+. I loved chatting with them and having them take care of me today. They were so accommodating and our order was perfect and so delicious. Thank you again!!

I love their burritoes! Tje service was great and I felt the staff was clean and professional. This is important during the pandemic. The service is always good. I just love the food. One aspect that I like is you can customize your order. I always ask for extra sour cream and they always oblige which is good. To me the portions seem large and I can usually get two meals out of one serving. I like that you can get bottled drinks rather than use the soda fountain. Again this is a consideration for staying healthy. They also had tables closed to keep the distance.

They had outdoor dining options under umbrellas. While I did not use this option, I think many may enjoy it and if I had not had plans to eat elsewhere it is likely what I would pick.

The parking lot is convenient and there were ample available spaces. The store is easily spotted from the street and the traffic pattern is easy to follow. It is conveniently located near other stores I frequent for weekly essentials so it is easy to stop in while out for errands.. The prompt service make it an ideal stop for a lunch or light dinner to go.

Made a late night stop for the family. Incredibly the meal for the three of us cost less than HALF a similar meal at Burger King.

Came here once before and didn’t like the service but today Brian was exceptional, got my order right and did it with a smile. Very pleased will come back more often for like service.

Last week while traveling through Middletown CT I stopped for lunch and realized I left my wallet home. Since they didn’t accept Apple Pay the manager offered to give me a free entree. I was so impressed with this random act of kindness since I was far from home. The friendliness of the staff, the excellent food and the generosity of manager made my day! Thank you!

So happy they opened in Middletown! We use to visit the Glastonbury location to have our fix. Feels better than all the Pizza options on Main street :) . This new location has been a mixed bag for us till now. We have had our share of misfortune like under-cooked rice or small portions. Then there were some excellent times when the employees were nice.
It’s a Chipotle so chances of getting it wrong are less, and we enjoy their food. We will keep going !

Bowl for $8.50 at first seems high but it is a generous portion of steak cubes, pulled pork or chicken with beans guacamole rice lettuce, diced tomatoes grilled onions... took a long time to eat it... how about New Years At chipotle? Take it home and like we did we watched movies all day. No need to cook for many many hours.
