Have been going to Home Depot for so many years and I never realized until today that I have never, ever, ever had an associate ask if I needed help. But honestly it really wasnt a big deal until today when Charlotte from the paint dept walked up to us and so pleasantly asked if there was anything she could assist us with. She was very nice and actually really cared when she asked. . She is obviously a keeper!!!!

I always find what I need and everyone that I've had to inquire with is very helpful.
I tend to go first thing in the morning on a Saturday because I like the quiet and quick in and out.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this location!! We came in late, looking for a tub combo set that has been sold out everywhere, the last one at this location had a crack, but Scott said they just got a new delivery and brought it right out to us! Scott helped us load it onto our car, he really went above and beyond. Thank you Scott for an awesome experience!!

Who doesn't make multiple trips to HD when working on home improvement projects? We love this store, they carry pretty much everything we need when renovating a bathroom, or fixing a basement. I love their generous return policy.

Better than great!!! I would like to thank the afternoon staff at the Middletown Home Depot for helping me out this past week. I accidentally locked my keys oin my truck . I went back into to the store and spoke with John in the lumber section. He and his coworker couldn't have been more helpful to resolve my predicament. My only regret that didn't get a chance to thank him. So, Thanks John, I owe you big time.

Purchased kitchen appliances tonight and had the opportunity to meet and work with Patrick in the appliances department. Having been on this earth for almost half a century, I have interacted with A LOT of people. Patrick was extremely professional, thoughtful, and accommodating......making the experience a great one. If you are in need of help at the Middletown Home Depot; I would urge you to ask for Patrick as he is all out excellent customer service and taking care of people. Customer service here is helpful, friendly, and was very reasonable about a price match I requested on a new lawn mower.

Was making calls for an elderly relative, and ask them to put a product at the courtesy desk, so he could just go in and pick it up. They were so nice about it, and went out of their way to find the product, and left it at the front desk 😊

Great service I was looking for pressure treated 8ft.4x4s didn't have enough so the manager said would you like 10ft. 4x4s same price that helped me tremendously that reminded of me in business make the customer happy and they did I love home Depot James from lumber held me pick out 15 4x4s and both and Paul clamp loaded them in my truck for me great guys thank you for your great service

They have a lots if inventory and a large rental department that is prefect for short term do it yourselfers.

Great experience! I have been trying to get a few items from HD website for weeks with no success. Stopped by on the way to work and it took Jonathan and Carly 10 minutes to take care of the problem. Two days later I have the lights already installed!!! Really thank you guys. The Home Depot is by far my favorite store. I go there regularly to just look for ideas (but walk out with tons of stuff every time). Thanks guys

Personally not a home Depot fan but to each their own. The simple fact that home Depot offers milwaukee brand tools and products should be way more than enough to make you walk through those doors. Decent selection and a helpful staff. Don't be afraid go get what you need and they'll do their best to help you.

I needed to have some keys made. Someone came to assist me very quickly and explained to me how to get them through the self checkout. I appreciated the service. Extremely friendly and helpful.

AWESOME TEAM and great store. We re did a Pool House on our property for my parents to come down and live with us. Everyone that I dealt with was wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. I love going in and everyone says hello!!!! We will be happy to support our local Home Depot
