It is amazing that how can McDonald make the fries, nuggets and vanilla cone taste same around the world ( I was living in Taiwan so I know the tastes in Taiwan)

By the way, why my wife’s vanilla cone is bigger than mine?

What does one really expect upon entering a McDonald's? I expected this. I was satisfied greatly. Amazing food. Great deals on the app.

My lady today is so positive, I love it when she is there, I'll be glad when she becomes the manager, keep that pretty smile Lady. Oh yeah tge rest of the crew was more than great. SO great that i brought my friend back.

This is the first McDonald's where I actually tasted how the biscuits are supposed to taste outside of Avon McDonalds. They were soft and pillowy not hard and crusty like the other McDs. Got me hooked. Made the breakfast sandwich with the egg and meat addictive. Only once at the end of the shift Did I get a hard biscuit. People are friendly and have a good sense of humor. And quick.

I mean...let's be real. The food here is terrible and will cause all the health problems...so don't eat here everyday obvi.

HOWEVER! 5 STARS to my Saturday night shift folks on Washington street!!!

They are always kind to me when I ask for a hot batch of fries.

If you're going to destroy your body, wait for the hot fries. It will make all your health problems worth it!

The workers r my heroes . We stopped in to get breakfast before leaving on vacation to Lake Erie in Ohio . I was so worried we were leaving later then we wanted , so my mind was doing overtime . Needless to say the food was fast, hot , and very good . I asked the young man taking our order if he could make my coffee the way I like it . Which he did and was super sweet about it . We got our order and left . The next day at our hotel I noticed my wallet was not in my purse . So I figured it was in the car . Looked all over the room, car and no wallet . I was beyond panicked . When my husband asked were was the last place I had it , I swore it was at a gas station in Ohio ! So I went on to our banks website to see if the credit cards were being used . I noticed nothing had been used and the last time I used my credit card was at McDonald's in Middletown, CT. My husband called and sure enough they had my wallet ! What wonderful people ! My vacation could go ahead with no stress all thanks to honest , hard working young men ! I will forever be grateful to them . They made it possible for not only me , but my husband and 9yr.old daughter to have a beautiful vacation without having to worry and sit around the hotel room canceling credit cards and having to replace all the things one carries in their wallet ! Just outstanding human beings ! Thank u,thank u !

Enjoyed a hot fudge sundae. Although they are renovating the interior the drive through is open!

Great service and hot food. In and out of the drive through faster than anywhere else. And order is always correct!

Advertise jalapeno bacon qpc and the clerk needs to find out if they have??? No military discount like other McDonald's but then again...connecticut so not surprised at all. Other McDs offer it, you just have to ask

My order was great nice staff and fast drive thru service and the food was fresh, hot, and tasty! I really appreciate it.

Had a car sick child in the car. Their drive through not only gave us our food quickly but also went out of her way to give us some extra plastic bags and paper towels. Wish I knew her name but thank you!

Pleasant and happy they only charged $1.29 for two regular meats... Just a hamburger nothing else because it was for my pups...Bk charges full price something you may like to know if your interested it when you are traveling

This location is best during lunch time hours. I've been there 3 times in the past week and everytime during noon to 1pm their fries are hot and fresh!!

I have to say i had the greatest coustomer service at washington st Mcdonalds....i didnt know this was possible through drive through...but every person was just so sweet and a pleasure ...the food was hot...they were clean and contactless ...just absolutely went above and beyond❤...i had to share because in these tough times you dont always get this and they just made my day❤

Amazing service today by the cashier. She rememebred the order and always had a smile on her face i have never seen customer service like this at a fast food before and i am so impressed.
