Walgreens

Carla in the pharmacy was absolutely wonderful and took great care of me and listened to my concerns when the CVS pharmacy wouldn’t. She was very patient and understanding of my situation. I highly recommend using this pharmacy because it seems like they care about the people and their meds and CVS pharmacy doesn’t.

For those who are unhappy with Walgreens on Washington St.
Give some CVS staff a try !
Rude specifically some pharmacy staff. I'll get to that on my CVS COMPLAINT.
Walgreens is and has always been exceptional with my visits.
Remember you get what you give..And instant gratification doesn't occur with pharmacy pick-ups ,Relax ,be grateful you aren't battling Covid and be extra blessed you don't have to police the great mask debate with a customer!
They are working as hard if not harder for all of us so remember to Be Kind. Walgreens is ! 💯

this walgreens is alwasys super clean, with the best pharmacy and best selection of products. they do an amazing job and the best pharmacy in the area.

This store is super clean and always has the best makeup, body products and pharmacy.

Very Good

Pharmacy transactions are always quick with tolerable lines. The technicians are super friendly and always helpful with processing through both insurances. CVS turned away all active military members and familiy's by no longer accepting our insurance. The lines at CVS were absolutely insane. So glad we changed!

Staff is always friendly and helpful but the pharmacy hours make picking up my medications very difficult.

Most of the staff is helpful.
The woman Manager seems as though she doesn't want to be bothered.

AND I stress you to check your pricing when your items are being tallied at the register.

I've been to this location three times and each time I've had to have a correction made to one if not two of my items.

Oh my goodness, they never pick up the phone and if they do, they leave you on hold forever. I am never impressed with Walgreens pharmacy on Washington street in Middletown, Ct. just hideous service.

Can't handle prescriptions. Screwed up a basic fill for over a week and I'm still waiting. This store needs to be audited.

New day manager is rude as can be. Pointed out shoukd go to cvs instead and that the sale tags were expired so she didn't have to honor them. Great job hiring despicable managers Walgreens.

Waited for 30 minutes for a simple flu shot for the pharmacy tech to tell me show doesn’t know how insurance cards work. I didn’t get my flu shot

Absolute worst pharmacy service ever..
all the people that are supposed to be working the counter are too busy trying to play dr .

They are all trying to fill prescriptions and not serve the people waiting to pick up meds…
