Been going here for like 20+ years! 😂😂 and it’s still my absolute fav even after moving out of CT. Over the years, I’ve always appreciated the sugar free, hard yogurt, fat free and now dairy free options! For those who have special diet needs or dairy intolerances or are vegan, you might want to try this place!! Had the dairy free blue moon today made with oat milk and it was amazing. Their regular ice cream is also soo good. Thank you for being amazing for so many years and for also accommodating people with special diet needs!!! 🙏

My go to spot on the way back from Hammonasset beach! They always have new, yummy summer flavors and their classic favorites. Staff are quick to fill the orders, even with a line around the building. Parking has increased over the years

Toasted coconut, Maple Walnut, S’mores, PB pie, and Black Raspberry are my all time favorites with more added to my list every year. I always like trying their new flavors

Such good ice cream and really affordable prices! It's much cheaper than most places we've gone to, and it's extremely close to me, so it's a win-win! I know people who drive 30 minutes out of their way to come here, so definetly worth trying :)

Undeniably the BEST ice cream this side of CT not only for the quality and taste but also for the pricing which is very reasonable. Ordered 2 ice creams and the total was $7.40 and they were huge! Compared to competitors and that cost would be at least $11. The lines are long which is the telltale sign this place is exceptional and awesome!

Best Ice Cream!
I've been going here for 39years it never disappoints and the ice cream is the same now as it was then.
The blueberry and S'mores I cream that I recently had are both sooo good! Any flavor is good here, they have a large menu and the portions are huge! I hate to waste any of this delicious ice cream, the small is even to big for me so, I always get a kids size cup and it is enough for me. Try it out, I'm sure you will love it as much as I do!

Such fast service! There is usually a line, but don’t let that scare you away, the scoop super quick. Love being able to taste their new flavors, but the black raspberry chocolate chip hard yogurt is my favorite.

We tried most of their ice cream and they’re all very delectable 😋 It’s a delicious treat after a visit at Hammonasett Beach. There’s always a long line but the wait is well worth it. Customer service is excellent!

I love Durham Dairy Serve! I've been going here for as long as I can remember. I've never had a bad experience. The hard ice cream flavors give you quite the variety and they are delicious! Soft serve vanilla, chocolate and swirl. Sundaes, milkshakes... so much to choose from.
Keep in mind there is only outdoor benches. No indoor seating or restrooms. Now go, go, go!

This is our Go To ice cream place every Summer. The ice cream is amazing with so many flavors. The kids working were amazing; speedy & friendly. This is a definite place to stop at. You will see huge lines, but they really do move quickly. ♥♥♥♥♥

We stop here whenever we are in the area. soft-serve and great flavors for hard ice cream. A true summer time thing

Probably the best spot in CT for ice cream. Only downside is it’s seasonal.

My wife and I love the ice cream from this place. It's that good that we drive about 20-25 minutes to get there. Also, the staff is very friendly. Out of all the time we have been there, we have never gotten an attitude from anybody from the staff.
Update:
It's been a while since we were at Dari Serve because of the pandemic. We went back on 5/21/23. Before, there used to be only one window, making the service a little slow. Now, there are three windows speeding up the service by a lot. Service got better and ice cream is still great!

Took family for ice cream after graduation. Ice cream is great had the cherry vanilla large chunks of cherries. Service great wife missed the peach ice cream.

Some of the best ice cream around with tons of variety; soft serve, hard ice cream, sundaes, fro-yo. And they’ll put anything you want in a milk shake. A summer time staple stays open until mid October usually
